Henry Forrest supervised two crews of roofers who took care of problems in four locations swiftly and efficiently. This was first-class roofing at a fair price. Henry explained what was going on with the water in each location. He is in the third generation of Forrest & Son roofing contractors and a fourth is coming up. He is clear about what he is doing and upfront about how much everything will cost. He has an uncanny ability to predict how long each phase of the work will take. He inspected the whole roof and gave us a 5-year guarantee on his work. One of his hard-working crews stayed till late to finish the work in one day. Henry Forrest came back the next day to prime all the wood, even though he did not expect that to be part of the work. We are very pleased with the work and the way it was conducted.

A great overall experience from start to finish.

Very professional and excellent communication. Appreciated the prompt response. They checked the entire roof for problem areas and repaired all to our satisfaction. We would certainly recommend Forrest and sons. They responded on our repair job with the same quality of service you would expect for a total replacement.

Good customer service and the job was done efficiently.

Day after I paid, I noticed a problem. Tried for 3+ months to have someone come back and fix it. Was told have not forgotten you when I get back I will swing over and have a look ,I will have someone come over next day or so yes, possibly Friday, if not beginning of week and finally your fix is a five minute project...towards end of month around you, I will take care of it Draw you own conclusions. I have also had a leak. No response to my last communication. For all I know uncompleted quick fix may now cost me...

Very professional and helpful. I was told exactly what was to be done and what day and time he would be out. He did exactly what he said he would do I highly recommend him for roofing repairs. That is what I hired his Comany for.

Henry and Jim go out of their way to inform you of every detail about the job they plan to do and they follow through. They also communicate on a very high level about arrival times, the work they are doing and ask you constantly what else can they do for you. Extremely professional and just downright nice people. I highly recommend them.

Inspected tile roof. Found a few problems that they fixed and inspected my flat roofs(3). Found problems on all 3 roofs and did a complete redo of all 3 roofs!

Very quick to respond to initial requests and always on time when doing the work. Henry was always available for questions/concerns.

They were kind, considerate, thoughtful and explained everything in detail so you could understand. They made sure everything was done right before they left and you were satisfied with their work. Great company, I highly recommend them!

Nice people and quick to do what needs to be done

They responded quickly and were out later that same day to give me estimates on the work that they perceived needed to be done. Heavy rains created havoc!!! Other companies did not respond until after they came and went! Roof repairs/work was done quickly in a matter of days which put a smile on my face. Was it the best price? Who knows? They did give me a 10 year transferable warranty on the work they finished. That is awesome, since I am in the process of selling the property.
