This is a very high quality company. The back-office team was the best you will ever experience, and the actual install crew was top notch. This company stepped in after we had another roofing company start work without a permit and created major problems. We hired JJ Quality Builders based on a neighbor's recommendation and it was the best decision we ever made. Sandy helped us through the process of working with the City and transferring the permit, and put in so much time and effort even before work began. Their communication throughout this whole process was stellar--the best I've experienced from any construction company. Of note, once they received permit approval they scheduled the install and finished the work in short order.

Crew showed up when promised and cleaned up afterwards. Very reliable service.

Fixed roof leak immediately. Quality repair in no time. Would recommend. We again used him a second time in November 2017 and they were still exceptional. Again did outstanding work, was there when said they would be there and gives great customer service. I would definitely recommend this company.

They were not the cheepst but, I liked the customer service better then others. They also did a very nice job and on time.

Ok, so I could complain about how this company patched the wrong part of my roof, and they did but, how they handled the mistake is what impressed me. First they were nothing but a delight to deal with and they were on my roof the next day to correct the mistake, and never once mentioned anything about any additional costs to me. I would definitely use jj quality builders again
