The work done on roof was excellent, it withstood the hurricane. They offer a 12 warranty which is great.

We called to have our hurricane damaged siding replaced on 1 side of house- after their very thorough assessment & photos- also had 2 roof valleys, cracked tiles & chimney leak repaired- ended up also replacing 2 additional sections of siding. Looks great, doesn't leak & they were great about communicating & working w/ us on change orders. It took awhile to get estimate, but once work began, went quickly

Excellent work was performed by the JJ Quality Builders crew. They worked fast and the roof was done in no time. I must admit I was skeptical at first, but they proved to be great. The price quoted was both fair and reasonable. I would always recommend this company for this type of work. Well done.

Great job. Had extensive repairs completed on our historic home; new roof (2), major stucco repairs, installation of custom impact windows and complete house painting. JJ Builders handled it all. James and the office staff (Sandra and Courtney) kept me informed throughout the whole process. The quality of workmanship was unsurpassed.

Being a Disabled Veteran, I am on a fixed income, I did many quotes for roof replacement. They ranged from 11K to 49K. That being said i choose JJ Quality Builders. They were finished right before Hurricane Irma and they came back out afterwards to ensure there job was done right on monday morning as soon as the county curfew was lifted. I had Family Emergency while they re-roofed my home and they were able to get it done without any major problems. When the roof was done they cleaned up very good and helped ease being a Disabled Veteran out that they will be in contact with you even after the job is complete to ensure your satisfaction. Some places are once done they don't contact you, but i can say they do keep there word. Thank You JJ Quality Builders

I hired JJ Quality Builders to do a stucco repair to two of the second-floor exterior walls (a 10X3 section and smaller 4X3 section) of my home, not a large job but still, a major repair needed nonetheless. Though they were the highest priced of 4 bids I received (by $400.00), I chose JJ Quality Builders due to their reviews and satisfaction ratings on sites like this one. The job has been completed for a few weeks now and here is my honest and candid feedback: -James (Manager/owner possibly?) provided me with a thorough and well-constructed plan and proposal for the repair job. Additionally, he is quite a responsive business person and a very nice gentleman as well. -The workers/employees are top notches and clearly could get the job done. -The staff at the office was quite friendly and expeditious in scheduling and planning. -Once started, the work was completed quickly and efficiently (one full Saturday). -Final work completed and the stucco repair was satisfactory but not great; specifically, the finish of the stucco does not match the rest of the walls (Texture primarily). Now looks awkward once painted. -The finished repair is quite obvious and will likely require future work if I wish to sell the home due to variation in texturing/finish. -The cleanup was lacking and a mess was left at my home, specifically on the roof and roof tiles. -JJ Quality Builders had to come back to my home and pressure wash/wire brush the roof tiles to remove overspray from concrete/stucco 2 weeks after completing the job. -The workers were kind enough to patch and fill a few more cracks that were forming in the stucco near to the repair area. I wish they did not do so now however as the repair job looks horrible and I cannot hide it with paint (lesson learned). -James advised the concrete staining and over splash would just eventually “wash off” or “disappear” over time – clearly not true as a high-pressure wash and wire brush scrub was needed to clean this mess up – I felt like I was being misled about this. Lastly, I would add this comment: I wanted to ensure the roof was cleaned and free of damage and concrete stains prior to paying remaining balance due for the job so I waited two days (Saturday it was cleaned and I planned to pay Monday once roof sat and dried, etc. as it rained on that Sunday). On Monday, I had an emergency, and couldn't pay until the next day, Tuesday, JJ Quality Builders harassed me in that 24 hours so much so that it felt eerily like a medical or credit card collection agency almost like I imagine it would feel like to chased by the IRS for back taxes - It also made me feel like this company would fold up and file bankruptcy without my $1,440.00 The calls, text messages and emails from James and his office were a bit unnerving, nevertheless I paid ASAP on Tuesday and they all switched back to nice mode frankly, that was a rather bizarre experience, perhaps they had been burned so much in the past th

Estimate and Paperwork was very professional and gave detailed explanation of the work to be preformed. After they did the work, they followed up with a final invoice including pictures of the repairs. Also, the project manager called to make sure we were satisfied with the work. Impressive job and warranty . Defiantly a quality company!

Great experience. Even with hurricane, they always kept me up to date on schedule. It was the experience you hope to have when you have a roof problem.

I needed a roof vent pipe repaired. The roofers/ plumbers worked together to solve the problem. Sandra was excellent as always in coordinating the project as well as assuring it was completed. She is always there to handle any issues. This company gets the job done!!

Very professional people. They seem to emphasize customer service. They were the first company to contact me after going on HomeAdvisor and they came right out for an estimate the same day. This was just after Irma. They did the work on the scheduled day at the scheduled time and for the estimated price. I am very pleased and would highly recommend them.

JJ Quality Builders did a great job repairing my flat roof. They started and completed the job as promised - on time. My person to person contact was with James who is a true professional. I would hire them again.

They your timely and work very hard. In all the heat I was amazed how they could work in it. And they were very fair on the price.

From the first contact and inspection and estimate, to keeping me informed of scheduling and permitting, JJ Quality Builders and its staff were great. On the day when work was supposed to start, they showed up 30 minutes early with a very large crew and replaced entire flat roof in 12 hours of work! With such large crew on my property and South FL summer rain threat that comes with replacing a flat roof, they did an amazing job. I did not for once have a need to get out and ask for a foreman to demand that they change or do something. They thought of everything, did an amazing job cleaning up (when they say they will leave the property in pristine condition, they mean it), scheduled the inspections for next day and closed the permits. They delivered all of the documentation upon the final payment, including the warranty. I would highly recommend them! They really mean QUALITY BUILDERS! I am so happy with the quality of their work that I am hiring them now for additional work.

Fantastic job! They came on short notice to inspect roof leak and provide a reasonable quote which they honored, even though the job wound up being a little more extensive than expected. Repair team showed up on time and worked non-stop through the day until the repair was complete. Good attitudes, competent, efficient, nice people from top to bottom. Highly recommend!!

James was the Project Manager for the complete removal and restoration of the old dilapidated roof of my fiancé's single-family detached home built in 1957. We had no prior relationship with James, whom we found via Home Advisor’s highly favorable recommendation. The scope of restoration involved Shingle Roof/Reroof w/High Definition Architectural 50 Year Shingles (approximately 1200 sq. ft.), Flat Roof/Reroof (approximately 300 sq. ft.), install one Solatube Solar Attic Fan RM1200; and, initially a Roof Secondary Water Barrier (couldn't be installed after all). The project took two and one-half days; and, involved one three-man work crew (carpenters, roofers, etc.) at a budget slightly less than $10,000.00. 2. While major roof reconstruction is inherently stressful for almost any homeowner, James services as the project manager/general contractor were invaluable; and, we’re extremely pleased with the final results. I had a roof leak after heavy rains. Roof leak was repaired and I also had a solar fan installed and sealant applied on the flat roof. I had another leak close to the first area and they came back and repaired it. So far no further leaks. They took pictures of all of the work.

The repair is still new at this time and have not been exposed to a weather event. However, the work was photographed step by step and from my experience with HomeAdvisor I can recommend this company.

They repaired a tile roof leak and noticed another which they repaired...photographed all before and after work. very professional...excellent work crew...definitely would recommend
