The husband and wife team is super knowledgeable and run an impressive professional operation. They take the time to really connect with their clients and make them feel like family. They handled all the paperwork and gave me photos of every stage of the installation. When they finished it was like they had never been there. I recommend them very very highly.

We secured multiple bids. JJ was not the highest nor the lowest, but was competitive and provided the best value for the money. Their people were courteous, skilled, knowledgable and thorough. Outstanding work. Cleaned up every day. The office crew was also excellent. I would highly recommend them.

From the initial meeting with Michael S and a discussion with the owner to the oversight and managing the project by Dani Brech, I have nothing but good things to say. The company and their employees delivered what was promised and they were definitely customer focussed. I have no hesitation in recommending them for roofing replacement and other services.

I called JJ Quality Builders to come and take a look at our leaking roof. They repaired it three years ago and did a great job. But a section of the repaired area was leaking again so I called them again to come and let me know what's going on. They scheduled a day to come and after looking at the problem area, Salvador told me that they'll take care of it and don't worry. Sure enough, Salvador and Manuel did a good job of patching up the area. I can't thank them enough for repairing the leaky area of our roof and would recommend them again for their prompt service and great personnel.

All went smoother than I thought, work crew showed up early, protected the property, did a very nice job and cleaned up thoroughly ! I was treated very well form the estimator , through the office and site supervisor. Professional and friendly company.

They went above and beyond in their work. I can't say how highly I recommend this company. They are honest and hard working. The roof was inspected by city inspectors after they finished and the inspectors were impressed by the quality of work.

Wasn't the cheapest bid, but liked their 2 year warranty on the leak repair work. Also, threw in some broken tile repairs.

Their overall experience throughout this project exceeded our expectations, they were so good, they let us know about every step on the way.

We negotiated (as with any high end purchase) and came to meeting of the minds. We signed a contract for the work which was completed with utmost professionalism. Even the county inspector remarked about the quality of the work. BTW also included were new gutters and leaders.

Their price was very fair compared to other companies that I inquired about. William, the Project Manager, was diligent in his follow up which was lacking in other companies that I had called. James, the owner, verified my confidence in choosing this company and he backed up his words.
