JJ Quality Builders of the Palm Beaches

My goal was to have the project started and finished in one day. They did it in one day.

All were very professional, reliable, and hard working. Was so happy that they were able to save the tiles and reuse, so that I didn't have different shades of tile all over my roof!

James was great to work with and a consumate professional. I contacted JJ Quality Builders on a Friday evening after noticing a roof leak from a severe rainstrom. James called back within minutes of receiving my request and we made an appointment for him to look at our the roof the next morning (which was a Saturday). The problem was immediately identified by James and he scheduled the work to be done on the following Tuesday morning. Billy came right on schedule and by the end of the day had completed all of the necessary work. The work was performed and completed very efficiently and professionally. James followed up through the day. After seeing the amount of work that was done for the very reasonable price I would recommend JJ Quality Builders for all roofing needs. They are truly customer focused.

I chose JJ Quality Builders, even though the estimates from Home Advisor had estimated their cost being higher than the other recommended companies, because they had more highly rated reviews and I decided that was the most important reason. JJ Quality Builders called to advise me that they would be late due to the weather, which we were having terrible storms at the time, and they said they would still come that day or I could reschedule if I wanted. I opted for the same day and when Robert showed up, he was very polite and got to examining my projects immediately. He mentioned what he thought each of the 3 roof problems were and what it would take to fix them. He then gave me an estimate, which I thought was fairly well within what I had assumed it might cost for the total repairs. I gave him a deposit then of half the total. He also mentioned that they would start immediately the following day, depending on the weather Friday or Saturday. They began on Saturday and finished about half of the job by that afternoon, and finished all 3 leaks by the second day of work, which was Monday. After the job was finished I did receive an email from JJ Quality Builders with the copy of the work order and price estimate and a very kind note from Asta. Also, I mentioned that I was a late sleeper due to work schedules and they were more than amenable to making the project convenient for me. I would definitely recommend JJ Quality Builders for your home repairs as they give you an accurate estimate and get started and complete the job quickly. If there's any delay in their work it is because they are in high demand for their quality work. I was honestly putting this off because I didn't want to deal with a contractor, but JJ Quality Builders did an outstanding job. If only all home repair was as easy as they made it for me. Bob explained what product they would be using for my large patio roof and we have had several hard rains since the work was completed and the only issue I still have is with gutters. They have also been contracted to put new gutters on my roof in another week.

James was always easy to get a hold of and worked with me on scheduling of the work. His crews all worked very hard and did great work. I had two sky lights replaced and some roof repair, also some inside drywall repair.

This roofer treated me with respect and took the time to explain my situation to me as well as listen to my concerns.

James was available every time I called and did exactly what he promised to do. Great job, great company. All of the workers were extremely polite and professional.

I had JJ Quality Builders, Inc come out to my house to repair rotten facia boards on my first and second story home. He had four or five guys here and they did a terrific job. I would recommend them to anyone.

Noticed a leak on an upstairs bedroom ceiling on Tuesday. Found J&J Quality Builders on HomeAdvisor site. Chose them because of their excellent rating. Contacted J&J on Wednesday. Met with James on Thursday afternoon. He identified the problem. They scheduled the work for the next day. By Friday evening the roof leak was repaired. Thought the whole process ( before and after) they photographed all the work done. Very pleased with the service and quality of work. Service was excellent and price was reasonable. Would recommend J&J for anyone who needs roof work.

they arrived when they said they would. workers knew just what to do. they were nice, hard working and spoke english. James the boss had given us a list of all they were to do and they did it. took their construction trash away when they completed the job.

James was quick to come out and give an accurate estimate, excellent job will hire for other projects.

I had a leak in my kitchen and called JJ Quality Builders.James Gallimidi came out next day and found the problem on my roof.He gave me an in depth explanation followed with photos of problem and the estimate to fix it.The price was reasonable,, excellent repair on my roof and follow through .James is awesome and a pleasure to work with..very sweet, knowledgeable and professional.I will definitely be calling him again for any future work on my home and definitely recommend their services!

They did an excellent job. I have no complaints with their work.

not an asphalt roof. Removed a gravel roof and replaced with insulation and mule hide. An excellant job performed by an extremely competent crew that cleaned up daily and kept area in as good of shape as possible. Got to work timely and worked as late as possible. Finished job in excellent time. Excellent craftsmen. I am more than happy with the job and the performance of this contractor.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. They did a thorough, professional job on-time. They cleaned up their work area and removed every scrap of debris. But the truly outstanding fact is that the company actually REDUCED the cost of the project by half when they determined that the proposed roof coating wasn't appropriate in my situation. They could easily have applied the coating and made more money, but instead, when they found it wasn't a good method due to my roof's construction, they explained what was going on and why the coating wouldn't work. My cost was reduced to the 50% deposit I'd already paid. I will definitely hire JJ Quality Builders again in the future when my roof needs replacement.

Getting in touch with the company I hired moved along very fast between signing the contract and when the job was started and completed. They were kind and considerate, kept up with me on what was going on, I was so pleased with them, James the owner is such a nice and thoughtful person. He didn't pressure me in trying to choose them.

VERY RELIABLE ALWAYS GAVE WHAT HE PROMISE

James Galimidi did a great job of getting the crews to/from the project. Jaime and the facia/soffit repair crew did excellent work. Rigo and the stucco repair crew are true craftsman of their trade. The repairs make my home look like there was never a problem to begin with. Great teamwork!!
