Great communication, prompt service, and repaired the leaky roof over my garage area in one day. There was an issue regarding the coloring of some material they used matching my roof after it dried a few days later. However, when I contacted them about it, the rep came right back out immediately with a crew, and got to work fixing the coloring and using a heater/dryer to ensure it was as close a match as possible. He even sent me text messages with pics of the progress as I was at work at the time. Great customer service. Will definitely hire again and recommend to friends, family, and business associates.

I would rate these people higher than a 5... They did everything as discussed and their administrative personnel went out of their way to make things happens... They left the property spotless except for there being a new beautifully installed roof you would never know a construction company had been there working. We are very happy.

Had a special project on a house almost 100 years old and they did a fantastic job. I was on a tight time frame to get it done and they finished on time and on budget. They really made what was a stressful repair (my own fault) much less so and did as promised. Would absolutely use them again.

This is an excellent company. They arrived on schedule, completed the job exactly as agreed with excellent results. The entire staff were a pleasure to work with, starting with the owner, the office personnel and the roofers. There were no hidden charges, and the site was cleaned daily. James sales representative was a great customer service and has the best crew, they cleaned up and very professional. Reliable,and keep me informed with all the project information. Would highly recommend.

Did a great job with the work-- the wood trim on the house looks better than new. Had some weather-related delays but was informed every step of the way. Couldn't have been a better experience.

JJ Quality Builders is not the cheapest. The workmanship and attention to detail are both second to none however. I had two leaks repaired on my roof, one by JJ and one by another company. The difference in work quality is night and day. JJ might have cracked 2 tiles on a large repair, and sent 4 guys. The other company busted over a dozen tiles and sent 1 guy. They probably won't be the low bid, but they will definitely be top of the heap in quality. James (owner) is a reasonable guy and will work with you on pricing. They are on time and neat. They take paypal/credit card which is a plus, but there is a 3% transaction fee, and they don't have their own financing which are minuses JJ are GCs, and I will likely use them for other projects as well, just because of the high level of workmanship their crews possess.

Completely reliable. They always started on time. work crew were always courteous and cleaned up at the end of each work day. Office staff always kept us up to date .

From the start to the finish of our new roof, we were completely satisfied. We had other roof contractors give us estimates ,but when we met James project manager of JJ Quality builders we new we hired the best company for the new roof. From start to finish everything was done professionally , courteously on time and at the best price. The office staff was always there to answer any questions. The work crew was terrific. They did an exceptional job. They cleaned up everything. James returned the following day to inspect all the work and to make sure we were pleased about everything and everyone who did the work. My wife and I give the company and the entire team 5 stars. They will be doing more work for us in the future. I would recommend them to anyone. Their fantastic to work with and honest.

The roofing repair job was extensively detailed by j j Quality Roofers and samples of the materials to be used were provided. The owner, James, was very fair in his pricing. The professional crew arrived on time and finished the work within one day and all debris was removed. The before and after photos allowed me to see the extent and nature of the repair work and I was very satisfied with their excellent job.

Roof repair was fast and thorough. Before and after pix were good proof of damage and completion of project. Owner James was accommodating and fairly priced. He did not try to push me into a new roof and gave me a 5-year warranty on his work. I would definitely use the company again for other construction projects and highly recommend him.

I was a little nervous the day of the roof repair, specifically the cricket area and what they would find, but when I met Abner and his crew, I had a feeling our roof was in good hands. I told Abner where the problem cricket is and he and his crew got right on it. To make a long story short, my wife and I couldn't be more happier with the results. JJ Quality Builders was great from my initial conversation with James, the owner, to the explanation of Abner of what's going on with the project to the brand new cricket and then some that we received. The entire experience was pretty painless. In particular, James was very knowledgeable about his product and great with follow up and making sure everything went smoothly.
