I am a stickler when it comes to punctuality and I was quite impressed when I was given a start time for the job it was definitely between the time perimeters that were agreed upon. Every individual that I had contact with at this company was extremely professional. I would hire this company again. I was very pleased with the work that was done.

Had a new roof installed. James came over to my house and looked over the job before doing the estimate. He is a good guy and a pleasure to work with. He explained everything fully, listened to my concerns and answered my questions. He also gave me samples of singles to choose from and let me take my time with no pressure or hard sell. The estimate was a fair price for the size of the job, quality of the materials, and the level of service. (I had three other estimates. JJ Quality had the most professional estimate and was the best value in my opinion.) The estimate spelled out everything in detail and had a pretty generous wood allowance. James explained the estimate line by line. The installation crew showed up when they were supposed to; they were polite and efficient and they kept the job site clean. The foreman was able to answer questions and he went over placement of the roof vents with me before they were installed, which I really appreciated. Also, Sandra in the office was very fast and efficient with correspondence and getting questions answered. She and James are both good communicators. JJ Quality Builders did an excellent job. They did exactly what they promised with no surprises, no nonsense and no hidden charges. I highly recommend them and would hire them again.

The repair was completed by three workers in one afternoon. Everything seems fine, but we haven't had enough heavy rain to be sure the leak was fixed.

From the beginning JJ Quality Builders were very professional and explained to me all the phases of the project. The administrative people at their office kept me informed of the progress, inspections, invoices, etc. They finish replacing the tile roof in my house on time and with no issues. I will recommend them any time.

In dealing with a roof leak, I quoted several different roofers (Including the orange big box store) and most others told me what they couldn't do for me. JJ Quality not only did the repairs I needed, they also provided a written 3 year guarantee on the work. No other company was willing to do that. They also gave me a very fair price. Their workers showed up earlier than on time and were very professional and knowledgable. This company actually lives up to "Quality" in the name and I will definitely use them again for roofing needs.

I had some tiles replaced, repaired a leak around the gooseneck vent and coated all vents on the roof. The crew were professionals, on time, cleaned and removed all debris. The price was very reasonable as I did obtain multiple quotes. The Office Staff and Project Manager treated me with respect and always responded to my concerns. I would highly recommend them.

JJ Builders did a great job! Prior to hiring them, I read the reviews and the accolades were plenty in describing the quality of their work. I had repairs made two other times and each time the leak returned, so their quality workmanship and their 5 year guarantee sealed the deal. The cost was a little higher than most, but the phrase "you get what you pay for" was validated when two days of thunderstorms produced no sign of the leak. Money well spent! They even performed the work earlier than previously stated when they had a job cancellation. I would highly recommend this company.
