I needed fascia boards replaced - this involved disconnecting parts of my pool screen from the house and bracing screen so that it wouldn't collapse. The work was done without a hitch. James's crew was courteous and respectful of my property. Having only lived here in south Florida for a year, I was not expecting anyone to show up let alone be on time and do good quality work. What an awesome surprise! My large patio roof had been leaking in many areas for quite some time. James came out and assessed the repairs which were reasonable. I had shingles replaced around the parameter of the roof, rotted wood repaired under the shingles that were connected to the patio roof and the entire roof sealed. That same day it rained very hard. I had one tiny area where water was dripping. I notified Sandra at JJ Builders who responded immediately and actually sent someone out to my house in the rain. The very next morning early, there they were, the two roofers who spent a few hours to make certain everything was correct. My roof upheld the storms that just passed and I would highly recommend this company. In fact, I recommended them to my neighbors who also had patio roof leaks.

James and his crew were professional, prompt, fast, and appear to have done a high quality job. They are probably not the cheapest contractor around (though I did get one other estimate that was considerably higher), but I believe they deliveed very good value.

Very happy with the overall job of installing a new roof on our home. Everyone was friendly and professional. Jimmie (Foreman) was easy to work with and ensured that everything was done correctly. He kept the area cleaned up and his crew was first rate. We also had new gutters installed by a company contracted with JJ Quality Builders and are very happy with the way they turned out.

They repaired the roof where the Directv installer installed the antenna and didn't properly seal the roof, which developed a leak into our familyroom. For the area covered and the amount of work involved, I thought their price was too high. Since I can't get up there, I can only assume they did a good job.

I dealt with the owner of this company very professional , If you are a Disabled Veteran living on a fix income as myself i would strongly recommend this company , I dnt think you will find any company that will work with your budget , not only did they fix and repaired my roof they evaluated other problems and stated that they can come back and fix the problems , they also give you Alternatives if you cant affort what you need to have fix at the time . James, the owner was very personable, kind and prompt in helping us fix our roof issue. He got back to us quickly and put together a Great hard-working team who came to our home on time, did a wonderful job and cleaned up after themselves. We expected the job to take much longer than it did and when they were done we never would have known any work had been done because they cleaned everything up so well. We were very impressed, and happily surprised. James even helped us by referring a painter to come and help us with the interior wall affected by the leak in the roof. His recommendation was great as well and we will be using the painter for more jobs at our home. I highly recommend JJ Quality Builders and we will definitely use them for future projects as we will be remodeling and expanding in the future.
