Description of Work: The plumber arrived on time on Sunday and began diagnosing the problem. It turns it, it was exactly what he thought it would be as he described over the phone the night before during initial contact. My whole house water softener had broken and sent resin throughout the entire house plumbing. He had to flush out the house pluming and replace most of the value stems in the facets. The kitchen facet had to be completely replaced. All this took about 6 hours to complete. He did a great job. The only bad part was that they refused to honor the deal I had bought due to this being a holiday and after hours.

We're renting and had NO idea the system was so AWFULLY dirty, had mold, leaks, drainage problems, etc. The serviceman was so thorough and he gave us such great info that our a/c heating unit was replaced! Description of Work: Replace central air conditioning unit. Went very smoothly. They continued to follow up with County inspection requirements until everything was done, even though this was complicated by the fact that I live across the country. Great work and service.

Description of Work: The AC in my condo unit was leaking and they promptly came out and diagnosed the problem--had to order a part for the repair. It arrived the next day and they returned promptly to replace the part. Jason was very good about keeping me informed as this is a rental unit and I do not reside there.
