Description of Work: Felix arrived promptly, was very professional and knowledgeable and cleared the sewer clog. When the same problem occurred again within a week, he came back and made sure the problem was resolved. A great example of good customer service! He also took the time to explain the possible reasons for the back up and future steps that might need to be taken to ensure it would not happen again.
