The sales rep was very knowlegable of his industry, products and services. The installation crew was quick, amiable and professional.After the install, the leadman gave me a very good run down on the system operation and control settings. I am very pleased with the whole experience. I got several estimates before choosing ServiceOne. They were the second highest in costs but the most impressive in knowledge and professionalism. They gave me estimates for the most system choices and the only one that exactly met the parameters I had set. These guys really know what they are doing. I highly recommend them. I have called them back once to make an adjustment to the heating system and they were very quick to respond and took care of it in no time.

This was without a doubt the best sales and installation experience I have yet experienced. Billy Gouty, the President of the company initially bid this in August of 2011 but we decided to hold off at that time. Calling him back recently, the recalled the previous quote, updated it, came out to check things over again and we were installed completely about a week later. During the installation, the two installation people were right on time, did a great job of explaining to me what they were going to do, how long it would take and then updated me throughout the day as the job progressed. After installation, they went through operation of the system with me and made sure I knew what to do. This was about as easy as it gets I think. A rating of "A" in all areas simply does not seem to be enough. Here's how good they are: I almost hope that there is a need to call them back out just to see how they handle service calls. These guys are good to the point where I know we have "our heating and airconditioning company" for many years to come...no need to look further!

Jason came and did the 6 month check up on my air conditioner unit that was installed by Service One a couple of years ago. Filter was replaced. At the same visit Jason replaced the Guardian Air on my unit that was defective and under warranty at no charge and replaced it with another air purifier. Jason and the rest of the company members have always been very prompt, friendly, extremely knowledgable, and great problem solvers. I have used them for many years and they are the only ones I call for my air conditioning needs. Highly recommended!

Service was punctual, professional and effective. Only issues I had were that maintenance service was bare minimum and cost seemed excessive after checking on material prices later on.

Serviceone comes out twice a year to inspect our AC unit, in the spring and fall. We pay $149 for a service agreement with them. They check everything and they flush the system as well. They have always been on time and very professional. We do buy our filters as well as they are a special kind of filter. They have a checklist that they go over with you regarding the AC unit. They actually installed our air conditioning unit in the past as we had an old one that we replaced. Highly recommend this company.

Did business with company as result of Angie's The Big Deal offer. Tech service consisted of what was wrong with my a/c unit and why I should get a new one. Found system was down on freon. Offer included a certain amount of freon. Following week there was an issue and I called company I normally use. The system was found to still be down the same amount of freon plus one item had not been put back correctly. No more problems since 2nd company fixed.

This company went above and beyond! We were with out A/C and moving in to the house and they came out and had everything done within 24 hours! Great People from the office to the truck!

Found no issues with it. It's an old system and recommend that it be replaced soon. Highly professional and courteous. I would recommended them to anyone.

I called Service One to get two of my AC units inspected and tuned. They were very punctual and arrived within an hour of my call because one of their technicians was in my area. Jorge the technician was very professional and did his work in a timely manner. He was also very helpful and explained what we needed to do to keep our units running properly. He refilled the freon in both our units since they were low (Extra charge for the Freon). We will definitely be calling them again. Thanks.

My unit is 40y/o I just couldn't keep them coming. I felt like they would keep replacing parts to no avail. Offered me a discount on new unit. But really it ran , just needed the drain pipi cleaned out. Lose/ lose for me. I am sure if I had up to date equipment the Service would have been great.!

Technician came and checked my system and cleaned the coils.He gave me lots of tips on how to maintain my system better.Price also included another system check in 6 months

We were so relieved, & pleased with Charles. He was there for us at 6:30 p.m. for a couple hours, & got our A/C. working, until Mon. when he could come back & properly assess the problem. We were certain that we were looking at a whole new system, & when some companies would recommend that, needed or not, he explained in great detail replacing & repairing options, & we were very impressed with his honesty, & we made the decision to repair & see what happens. If & when it goes, we will with confidence, call this co. for replacement. They have just become "OUR" A/C Co. & I will recommend them 100% thank you Angies List & Servive One A/C

My A/C unit had stopped blowing cold air. The fan continued to work but only by circulating the current air in the home. The outside unit was not coming on and you could hear a "humming" noise from time to time as it attempted to power up. After calling two other businesses, my call was answered immediately and professionally at Service One Air Conditioning. I explained the problem that I was having and wanted to know if they could have someone service my unit that same day. I was told that it may be a few hours but they would definitely have a technician out to my home later that afternoon. I requested the service/diagnostic fee and requested that she send a technician out as soon as possible. After his arrival, the technician had the unit working within 30 minutes or less.

As I mentioned above, the project went very well.

Our home warranty couldn't find a AC company to fix our broken unit. So I was forced to find another company outside of their service technitions. The technician came out in 45 minutes after I called. He had no problem telling me the probelm, then worked with the home warranty company to jump through their hoops. He told me exactly what was wrong, the price upfront and gave an honest diagnostic report to the home warranty company. If it wasn't for Servie One we would have had to wait 3 days in August in 90+ degrees in our house.
