ServiceOne Air Conditioning & Plumbing, LLC were good. They were excellent. They're honest. They helped me.

Turned off power to A/C which I had never seen done by previous service providers and then proceeded to test everything. I didn't know an A/C unit had so many wires or test leads. :) He also cleaned the unit ,added freon and answered all of my questions. Advised us to save for future purchase of a new unit, but said we were good for the moment.

Two things, one that they were very professional, thorough, then next day one of the representatives came, the sales person and gave me a written bid, explained everything, which I am going to compare that, but I want to get a couple other bids to because I am on a tight budget, I can't accept the first bid I get on something. But it was good. So far so good. I had a positive experience with them and it worked fine.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was not so good really. I'm sure he did a great job. He told there were some things wrong with the unit. But he also suggested getting a new one. We got another second opinion and it turned out that we just had to do some minor repairs. He was fine, he just took a little bit too much of my time talking. He was very friendly but sometimes you just had so many things to do and you don't want to just stand around talking.

He did a really wonderful job. He came out promptly and even showed me things that needed to be changed to prevent future problems. He even took pictures and sent them to me! He was just excellent!

I recently used Service One for my annual checkup for my HVAC using an Angies List coupon. They were fantastic. Felt I got great service and obviously a fantastic price. Found out that they did plumbing too so had them out for my issue. Ken was who was here and he is a courteous, neat, friendly and competent person. He arrived in a clean truck with a clean uniform and was super. I have used another plumber for years with up and down success and feel bad doing it, but will switch to Service One. .

The response from ServiceOne even included a possible solution for me to try prior to having someone come out. I appreciate the effort!

About 4:30 PM on a hot July day I discovered that the compressor on my main AC unit was not working and the temperature in the house was going up. I was not satisfied with my previous service provider so I consulted Angie's List. The first company I called couldn't make it until late PM the following day. I called ServiceOne and Dan said he could have a service tech out between 5:30 and 7:30 PM that day. The service tech called about 6:30 and said he was on the way. He did a full inspection on the unit which appeared to be OK but while he was on site the motor on the compressor failed again. We discussed alternatives and he had a new motor on the truck. He finished repairs in the dark but got the job done and cool was restored. Well done. I will use them again.

I got a bid from Billy on Tuesday morning. After taking two other bids, I opted to go with ServiceOne. I mailed them late Wednesday evening that they got the job and had a crew out on Friday morning. They got the job done around noon. Everything looked great, and the new unit is running like a Swiss watch. They even gave me a repair credit for the attempt to fix the old unit, which was completely shot. One thing that I think is important to note. We had the misfortune of having our air conditioning units go out on us at the same time (the unit that was replaced by ServiceOne, which cools the bonus room in our house, and the other unit the cools the rest of the house, which is serviced by Del-Air pursuant to a service agreement that we have with them). It took ServiceOne LESS time to come out to our home and replace the ENTIRE system than it took for Del-Air to come out and replace a single part on the other unit. When our contract with Del-Air expires next year, we will be switching all of our HVAC service to ServiceOne.

Provider was very professional and arrive when they said they would. Would hire again.

Same day visit, very courteous and friendly. The Tech advised me of needed repairs but did not push anything.

I called the company on Friday morning after picking them from good reviews on Angie's list. I left a message that was returned within an hour. The person who answered my call was very nice and arranged for a service call that day. Anthony with Service One, showed up within the agreed upon time frame. He called to let me know he was on the way, which I liked. He was very nice and professional. He explained everything and proceeded to do the work. He worked in the heat for over two hours and I was cool and comfortable again. He explained what he did and gave me recommendations for keeping the unit running efficiently. He didn't try to pressure me into buying anything extra but I did sign up for their Club One Membership which is for quarterly service. I knew that I needed to have regular servicing and since I was happy with the company I signed up.

The repairs worked. They made an effort to reduce the cost of this expensive maintenance job by allowing me to get a service contract that reduced the cost of the current job as well as giving me other benefits, like 15% off parts for future maintenance and 2 free inspections for the year.

ServiceOne Air Conditioning & Plumbing, LLC actually worked very well for me. I did not pay anymore for the big deal charged. They came right on schedule and they did a great job of making sure of the air conditioning unit was working.

I bought their Big Deal coupon and they did a really good job. They verified that the air conditioning system worked pretty well and they added a little bit of Freon to it. They showed up on time and did what they said they were going to do. I could know what they were doing.

Technician has done my service before and is always prompt. He performed a routine a/c service including a drain flush. He explained everything he did and why it was done and offered tips for the upcoming summer season. He answered questions I had on a/c filters and new thermostats on the market and offered to have a efficiency consultation done by a company rep at no charge. Overall a great service call.

I was very impressed with the service I received from Service One. The office staff was very professional and courteous and set my appointment at a convenient time. The technician was also very professional and courteous, as well as knowledgeable and thorough. During the initial appointment he was unable to perform all the testing required due to rain so a second visit was scheduled. Each time he arrived as scheduled or before and performed a very thorough exam, cleaning and tune-up of my system. They do live up to their name and I intend to use them again for my A/C needs as well as any plumbing situations I may have. I'm sure they'll do equally as well with the plumbing.

Air conditioning was not working well. Service one came out and analyzed the problem as a leaking air handler coil. For just a few dollars more they replaced the entire air handler which included a five year warranty and a year's free maintenance. They also spent a couple of hours balancing the system for better efficiency. Since then, they have returned to re-check the system, and re-balanced it again for even more efficiency. I will certainly use them for any further work and highly recommend them to anyone needing air conditioning/heating work done.

Overall the best tech experience I have ever had. I had another company out last year, less than a month later they had to come back, charged me an outrageous price and swore they had not been out here in 4 years. Well I had the bill to prove it. Service One is oh so professional, when I called late in the day they set me up for the following day with the tech who does the service on my neighbors air conditioner. So pleased I cannot say enough good things.

Jorge came out to do the service. What a great guy!! He was courteous, informative, clean and just an overall very nice guy! Moving into new home called Service One that was referred to us from our Realtor to inspect our new home's 2 AC systems. Our house was also being inspected but our Realtor informed us that inspector do a very very basic inspection of the AC system and general conditions. I was concerned since the 2 AC systems were original when home was built. Called Service One and was scheduled quickly and professionally by their office Staff. There Tech arrived on time, actually a little early and was clean neat in appearance and in a uniform labeled van. He explained the condition of my new AC system, age and recommended their maintenance program to extend the life and improve the performance once I purchased the home. UPDATE I had Service One return to perform their maintenance and one of my attic systems need a safety switch. Great Job. Also I had having plumbing issue and they sent their plumbing out the same day to take care of my leaks. Wow great service!!

I purchased an Angie's List Deal for a $49.95 A/C tune-up. The business contacted me the following day to say that they had received my purchase info from Angie's List and offered to schedule an appointment. The caller was very courteous. A technician came to my home on the day that was scheduled within the stated 2-hour time window. He was very polite and professional. He inspected my A/C unit as well as as the air handler and vents. He performed various checks and made some minor adjustments. He took his time and did not rush the job. All in all, he stated that my A/C system was in very good condition. The service typically includes an air filter replacement; however, I have a washable air filter so I did not get a replacement filter. However, the technician did look at my filter and stated that it appeared to be doing a very good job, which was good to know. After the tech was completed with the service, he completed the work order and had me sign. He was aware that the service was pre-paid and wasn't expecting further payment. He advised me of the company's service plan options and offered to sign me up. Given my A/C unit is not that old and did appear to be in good condition, I was not prepared to enroll in a plan at this time and told him so. He was understanding and did not push me to sign up, which was appreciated. He left me with the plan's brochure and told me that I could call the number to enroll in the plan if I changed my mind. He also advised that the company also offered plumbing services. In total, the entire service last no more than 45 minutes. I was pleased with the technician's thoroughness and honesty. All of my interactions with the company were positive and I would not hesitate to contact them again for my air conditioning needs or for plumbing needs.

Pretty good. Took out old units and installed units as noted above.

UPDATE: I received a call from Billy, the company's owner, today, apologizing for my experience. We talked at length about the situation and Billy helped me more clearly understand a few things. Foremost, I misunderstood the price of freon. Turns out, I was actually being quoted the cost of the entire job. Had I understood this, my review may have been much different. On Tuesday, two technicians came out to evaluate our air conditioner to figure out why it wasn't cooling. After a little digging, they told me that freon was leaking and that we were extremely low. They explained that freon just doesn't "evaporate" and that at the very least, we needed to replace our evaporative coil, but would be wise to replace our entire system. The entire visit turned into a $75 sales pitch to invest in a new system. They advised me not to add more freon, but rather to allow them to send out someone to give us an estimate on replacing the system, as freon would run me about $200/lb. On Wednesday, a sales manager arrived at our home and continued the pitch for a new system. He said, "I wouldn't put $15 into fixing this system." We had a second company come out on Wednesday, who advised us that we were only down about a pound of freon, which was common to lose within a year of use. They recommended that we have our system serviced regularly and recharged the system, with no charge for the freon outside of the trip free of $60. We were up and running again-- cooler than it has felt in months. This is very disappointing, given the high marks Service One has received on Angie's List.

They told me they did work on Saturday's and that there would not be an additional fees to come out on a Saturday. However, the day of the appointment they no called and no showed for the scheduled time.
