Good job on resurfacing 14 year old pool.....looks brand new, amazed at quickness and clean up. Pricing was good and they kept price quote that was 7 months old as they said they would. Very Minor issues post completion but all taken care of adequately.

EASY TO WORK WITH, AND THE JOB WAS DONE ON TIME GREAT QUALITY WORK, THEY SET THE STANDERD THAT OTHER COMPANY SHOULD FALLOW.

Wonderful family run business. They are on time and very responsive to phone calls. The crew that completes the pool resurfacing are clean and fast. The only drawback was very few, if anyone spoke English, but that was not a major issue because Grant or his son Cameron are always available to answer any questions or concerns that may arise.

Don't ever hire him. He ruined my pool. it was OK for 6 months and after that the color started to become uneven. It was dark blue in some places and light in some places. I called him to tell him. He was rude and didn't want to do anything about it. I called him again after some time. and his behavior was exact same. Anything I say, he says it is your fault. As a courtesy when you have done the work and paid fully for it, at least come and see what is wrong, but he refused to do so. I am very frustrated and disappointed. I don't what to do now? I trusted home advisor that they will refer a good company for a job, but they also disappointed me .I will never hire anybody from this company ever.

Great job. The pool looks like new. They are wonderful to work with and the cost is very good. Look no further than 3 Bay Anchor for pool refinshing.

They did a beautiful job with the surface and the tiles. The costs was in line with other companies. The salesman was very good at coordinating the timing of the work.

First off, communication is awful. Left in the dark about when the job was going to start and everything else along the way. The pool looks great and hopefully will keep looking great. But when we tried the light, a week later, it kept tripping the breaker. We called Duncan, he stated the light must be replaced for $650. He also added that they normally don't check the light. Which says a lot about the quality. How are you going to remove the light resurface the pool and not check it at the end? Last time I checked the light worked but since its my word against his, I guess I lose.

They were very professional, didn't over sell, prompt and very courtious.

Mr. Duncan did an excellent job closing the sale and selling additional services; the work was completed on time. However, it has been a 6-month nightmare (emails, un-attended certified letters, and phone calls) and excuse after excuse from Mr. Duncan to tell me 3Anchor Bay Pools is changing their position and no longer accepts responsibility for fixing the damaged section of the pool. A small issue with the base of the hand-rail 3Anchor Bay Pools installed (as part of the pool renovation), was reported immediately when it appeared. First, Mr. Duncan indicated 3Anchor would fix after the year-end holidays, but to let the damage stabilize. Now, six months later Mr. Duncan has come up with a number of excuses and very unprofessionally has told me to find another way to get the pool fixed because 3Anchor is no longer accepting responsibility. His excuses and finger pointing go on and on - first he suggested the damage had been caused by a hurricane, but that in good faith he’d fix it. Then, he suggested the pool had been hit by lightning and that I should file an insurance claim. Next he blamed the issue to poor quality of manufactured materials (used for the resurfacing). And last, last he blamed the pool’s original builder indicating it was poorly built. In our last interaction, he wanted to charge an additional amount, and when told he should stand by his warranty, he became rather nasty and unprofessional and indicated 3Anchor was not responsible and I'd need to find other alternatives. I made him aware that I’d file formal complaints with the BBB, FL DPR under his contractor license number (CPC1456821), and will take him to small claims court. Note, this company in their invoice uses a different mailing address: 2149 Lake Debra Dr. Suite 934, Orlando FL 32835.

The workers were nothing but pleasant during the entire experience. They were respectful of my property and were always friendly. Any shortcomings were made up for by the amazing workers and the quality of the work provided.

Very satisfied with the company. My pool looks beautiful. Mr. Duncan was helpful and professional dealing with him was a good experience and his price for the project is reasonable comparing to others after few estimations. The team workers did a perfect job and cleaning after the job is done. Any question I ask his team will help with a polite and professional way. My pool looks gorgeous.

Very happy with end results! We shopped around to get quotes on renovating and resurfacing our 20+ year-old pool and deck. Grant came out and talked us out of laying pavers on the deck because the deck we had was in good condition and only needed the right kind of paint (acrylic deck paint) to give it a fresh new look, low-maintenance cleaning finish we were looking for. His professionalism and honesty sold us on the company. The guys removed and replaced old outdated tile, resurfaced the pool, updated our filters and painted the deck in the timeframe they promised...approximately one week. In the end, Cameron came out and balanced the water, inspected the work, talked us through the new cleaning procedures and wah-lah! We've got a gorgeous updated pool with a deck that looks amazing. Everyone involved from start to finish was hardworking and professional. Grant and Cameron were available and prompt in communicating throughout the week. This wasn't a deal breaker, but they don't accept credit cards (which is something you may want to know going into the project) but I assume this is how they keep their prices very competitive. I definitely recommend them!
