Grant was always available when we called to ask any questions and the end results were wonderful - got the blue color water we wanted and the deck was the finishing detail to make it look fantastic!

The project was reasonably priced and the pool looks great. Cameron came back out for start up, after the fill the water was cloudy and pretty green, Cameron added the chemicals and cleaned up the pool, later that night the pool was sparkling. He gave us tons of information to help keep the pool looking great for years. Great customer service! Thanks guys

Not trust worthy and not truthful not professional individual.

My husband and I were pleased with the workmanship. We had them totally resurface the pool and paint the entire pool deck as well. We followed all of the instructions they gave us to the letter but had to call them because now the pool light no longer works and was filled with water. We never had a problem with the pool light in the past and after calling Grant he was rather dismissive in tone we were told that they are not responsible for equipment. Feeling that the pool light is an intricate part of the pool itself and not just equipment we felt that this is a poor excuse for a lack of attention to detail. If he had told us initially to have it inspected prior to refilling it that is exactly what we would have done. The light was removed and according to Grant if something was visibly wrong with the light or its gasket his team would have let him know so apparently nothing was wrong with the light since he was not informed by his team. His lack of desire to take any responsibility was simply disturbing. This has been an issue before according to another review and his comment was the same. If you use 3 Anchor Bay our advice would be to bring in a third party vendor to check your gaskets on your pool light prior to refilling because if they take the pool light off they will not take responsibility if it doesn't function properly afterward it is reinstalled. This is a costly negative for us because now we have to pay for a technician to come and repair something that was functioning perfectly prior to being removed by his team.

They did a beautiful job rejuvenating a tired looking residential pool. A reasonable cost for such a large pool (32k gals). Once the work was complete and the pool was refilled (4 days) they returned and restarted the system, added the chemicals and did an initial pool and system cleaning. The only thing was that they left me the deck cleanup to do (all the cutting dust and pool plaster residues) Overall I'm pleased

I am so impressed with this company - we had them resurface the pool, paint the rocks and install a new heat pump. They were very professional and delivered everything as promised!!! The pool looks way better than we ever dreamed. I even asked for two gauges to be replaced with plugs on the pump after the job was done and paid for. They made a special trip out at no cost and took care of it - WOW!!! They went over every detail after the job was completed and made sure we were happy!!! If you need work done on your pool HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!! You won't be disappointed. Dave Haas
