First they charge an $89 service charge in advance. This is for a half hour. They did tell the tenant to turn off the unit before they got there but the tenant did not and when they arrived the compressor was iced up which meant they could not do anything. That is not their fault. However, they collected yet another $89 service fee in advance for the next day and did not show up until 4:45pm and then had no time to actually do anything. They checked pressures which took 15 minutes and then left telling the tenant that they would not be back the next day, it may be a few days. I called Precision the next day to complain of having to pay 2 service charges with no corrective outcome only to be dismissed. I'm out $178 for nothing with Precision and had the small leak detected, repaired, and a gallon of Freon added for just about the same price as Precision by another company right away, all done in one visit. Shame on me, never pay anyone in advance for anything.....stay away from Precision Air, you will be glad you did. Worst HVAC company I have ever dealt with in any of the locations that we have properties.
