I was given an ALL IN price so the owner called it. Worst case scenario. BUT!!! While workers on job, they called and said I needed to spend $150.00 EXTRA (over & above my already ALL IN PRICE and it was either pay it or job could not be completed. I agreed to pay the $150.00 instead of having my tenet go without water. One and half hours later I get a call and was told job was completed and that my overall ALL IN PRICE was now a Full 33 1/3% higher as they now had added more cost to my job without my knowledge or approval. I stated that this was ridiculous to up my bill without even discussing the now for the second time ADDITIONAL money bump. They said either pay it or we take out the new parts. To me seems pretty close to extortion, but since I have a tenet that resides in the condo I ended up paying it, and also told the owner I would be reviewing exactly has this happened but all he seemed to care about was the money. I asked the owner why they did not contact me about the 2nd price bump and he gave no explanation. My advice is to consider other options before hiring a company that gives and all in price up front, and then bumps the price to an ADDITIONAL 33 1/3 PERCENT OF WHAT QUOTED AS THE MOST I WOULD BE PAYING. I do not like having to leave an unsatisfactory review but I am 72 years old, and maybe old school, but honesty and integrity are still very important to me. Owner of company called and made a partial adjustment and that is why I am revising my stars..........

Timely support. Pulled off a baseboard and did not put it back. Also, drilled 3 holes in the exterior side of my home that still need to be sanded and painted. However, they completed the requested task (check for a water leak).
