You can go online and setup an appointment for a particular day because they show you what is available online. You can setup service online through their website. You don't have to play phone tag like you do with almost every other service company. Communication is the key with them. You are never left in the dark about what is happening. No more dealing with companies who don't answer their phones, can't leave a message because the voicemail is full, they aren't available when they say they will be there, people claiming to be someone else when you finally get them on the phone because they think you are a bill collector as happened to me. The repair people were neat,clean and prompt. Their work was super and polite. They cleaned up everything after they were finished. All our questions were answered by them. I will recommend them to any and all that ask.

The electrician was on time, his work was spot on and he completed it in no time at all--he replaced a breaker in my circuit panel; HOWEVER, the cost of $400+ for the part and completion was a whole lot more than I expected to pay. But he was quick to explain that his work was warranted for about 5 years. Next time, I'll shop around a little bit, maybe I will find that was a great price, but it certainly was a shock.
