Couldn't get "the other" leak detection guys to even return my phone call. Ace has a live person answer the phone, understood my desire to dialogue with text and noted my account that way. I received multiple texts daily regarding scheduling and had a technician to the house the following morning. 2 days later, a crew of 4 arrived to re-pipe the house because of a slab leak in an impossible spot to access easily. The guys were very professional and quick and were able to complete the job in about 8 hours time. Ace offered a financing deal with amazing terms to make the whole thing convenient for me.

Tech. Chris was very courteous, efficient and very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had regarding the electrical requirements. Chris cleaned the work area after completing the installation. I highly recommend this company.

The technician did great work replacing a washer outlet box. Unfortunately, their price for the job was double what others were charging. The reason I went with them is because they provided me with a contact for a company to treat the water damage caused by the leaking outlet box.

Dan did an amazing job for our electrical needs. He was punctual, professional and extremely neat. He knows what he is doing and was able to pick up the pieces from a prior electrician to get the job done! We also love our dimmers with modern screwless designer wall plates and light fixture changes that he installed with precision. You can trust him and ACE truly does solve it all!

In my research after the job was done I was in fact overcharged for the job. $643 that should have been between $200- $300. More than double what it should have been. I should have eaten the $67 cost to come out and not had the work done. That cost added to the price of another company still would have been smarter and cheaper. I was told the cost, in part was because it was a big project and would take a long time it took less than an hour. Then I was told me the pressure was too high at 80psi and I should re-pipe the entire house. I searched afterward and found 45-80 is normal. Above 80 would not be to code. Very disappointed. Guess I should have done more research beforehand. Lesson learned.
