This is a company with many agents. Whether or not you get a responsive, professional agent is hit or miss. I found this company to be very insensitive to my needs and felt the main interest here was not helping the client but how much money they could make from you.

The last piece of real estate I purchased I did it myself, the seller didn't have an agent, nor did I. While I did have an inspection done there were many things I found wrong with the property after the fact. Working with an agent really helped because they know what to look for, and where able to point out the many shortcomings, or potentials problems in my new home. A few of the condos I looked at the agent so "No" you are not buying this place, and I wont even show it again until they have fixed all the punch list items.
Description of Work: I worked with Waterfront Properties when purchasing my Singer Island Condo. The agent I worked with showed me 7 condos, until we found the one that had it all.
