My townhome was broken into a few months ago so I finally decided I needed an alarm and saw the offer on Angie's List, which I really trust. David arrived on time, listened to my particular issues (my slider had been smashed), and I also have 2 small dogs so wanted to make sure they wouldn't trip the alarm. His work was very good and he thoroughly checked to make sure everything worked, plus gave me a couple extras at no cost.

This security system is competitive as far as price, and it offers some extras for free that cost extra from other providers. The local installer was superb. Punctual, polite, professional and informative. He answered questions from both me and my wife that were widely different in nature. So far, I am very happy.

Dave was most professional and did not try to encourage me to purchase more than what I needed. The price quoted on the phone was right on target with what I charged. He installed my alarm system, went over how it worked and cleaned up before he left. I feel much more secure now! I would highly recommend them.

The company called me to tell get a refund, because my credit score was to low.

The whole experience was very easy and smooth. From the first moment I contacted them to ask about the deal, the whole staff of Radio Alarms was very helpful. They called me back every time I left a message, and there was no waiting time in order for me to schedule the service. Once they arrived at my house, everything was even better. They took the time to explain everything about the system, they doubled check all the doors, windows and thoroughly tested the alarm system couple times. Once it was time to set up the passwords and account online (and on the app), they explained everything step by step. Overall I could not be more satisfied with the service provided, and would recommend this company to anyone.

First of all, the $100.00 was for optional items I asked for. If I had not asked, the installation would have been $0.00. All experiences from first call to installation was excellent. Courteous, prompt and responsive to questions. I highly recommend Radio Alarm to anyone interested in a home alarm system. This is the 3rd system I have had to install (not all in this house) and by far, Radio Alarm was the best company I ever worked with. I am very happy with the newly installed system and the entire service experience.

It went great - I called and left a message Monday morning, and had a call back within the hour. He spent a good amount of time on the phone with me explaining the options. I told him we'd consider it. I talked with my wife, and we called right back. He scheduled at his first available, and his assistant Daniel came 15 minutes early and got started with checking through our old system that was no longer in use, and then David arrived right at the scheduled time. He told us he would be there for three hours, and that is what it was. System has operated perfectly. I forgot to set it yesterday, and did so while out right from my phone - really love it.

As I had mentioned to Dave at the time of installation, we planned to replace our front door with hurricane impact French doors. He said he would come and re-install the front door alarm sensors. Although the permitting and ordering process delayed the installation of the new door for about two months, Dave came to the house within 48 hours of my calling him and re-installed the sensors as needed at no additional charge. He is a true professional.

First, the woman who answer my initial phone call was great....I got a call back from David who told me what the cost and time involved would be. He arrived on the day and at the time he said, and the quote of time and price was exactly what he said it would be. Best of all HE fix my problem!!!! Great company! We purchased an Angie's List Big Deal. It took multiple phone calls (at least 8 over almost 3 months) to get a visit set up. When the representative came out the $99 Big Deal was going to cost an extra $600 just to make out existing alarm system funtional on their system. We thought that was too much to spend. In addition, as the company is based on the East Coast of Florida and we live on the West Coast, he could not outline a plan for support for the system in our area.

The installation was done is time that said it would. Make sure all sensors worked and tested alarm. Since than I have had them come back to install some cameras and one more motion detector.

I didn't have any problem with them with the short phone conversation I had with them. I read the details of the deal & it simply didn't meet my requirements so I got a refund.

Before purchasing the coupon from the site, I called Radio Alarm and David informed me of the services provided by his company. I was very impressed with his professionalism and time spent on the phone with me. I purchased the cupond and arranged with him for installation date. David showed up on time, installed all the 8 alarm positions at home unless than 1 hour. We tested the system together and everything worked fine. Not only was a great experience but safe me 2000 from Comparable national alarm companies.
