Description of Work: They helped me fix a problem that Frontpoint wouldn't/couldn't fix. Frontpoint doesn't have any local service, so if there is a problem with the set up, they can only try to talk over the phone. | |They also set up and indoor camera and some outdoor cameras.

Description of Work: Installed Alarm System for my home.

Description of Work: We are new to Florida and the home we bought has an alarm system. The alarm beeps every time we open a door; this beep scares our dog. We attempted to shut off the alarm beeping, reading the manual. Somehow, we set off the alarm. We called Secure Alarms (got the name from Angie's List). Dave (the owner) talked us through getting it turned off. We were impressed with his patience and helpfulness, especially since we didn't even have his system; we do now! We scheduled right then to get an updated system from Secure Alarms. The Tech (Dan) did a very good job. Very friendly & professional. Explained things very well. Dave (the owner) came out the next day and helped us set up the on line account. I am very impressed with their customer service, as well as the product we got. I Highly recommend them. Customer service should be a priority; these guys understand this and live it! Thanks again to Dave and his team!

Description of Work: Alarm installation. Comments: WOW! I usually lament over what has happened to excellent customer service and am continually disappointed with the service I receive from transactions. NOT THIS TIME! First of all, the equipment is excellent, state of the art, very intuitive and expandable well beyond a security system. If you have the opportunity to get this system, do it. Most importantly, what fabulous service! I bought the deal on Angie's list. and I did not have to call for an appointment. The company called me and set an appointment for the same week. I could have had it in two days, but I was the one that wasn't available. I received a call the night before installation to confirm my appointment. The doorbell rang and there was Dave to install the system two minutes early. He seemed quite nice and very professional. I've spent my life in sales so I'm still a little skeptical. I'm waiting for him to sell me all the upgrades and bells and whistles. I was prepared to purchase a few, so I was waiting for the negotiations to start. They never did. There was an older security system in my home when I bought it (never activated by me) and Dave upgraded it to code, installed the new keypad and gave me advice on a few things I should do to make the most of my system. They were common sense things regarding window locks, etc. but I appreciate it. He spent a tremendous amount of time with me making sure I was comfortable using the system both with the key pad/key fob and online. The online part is one of the upgrades I was prepared to purchase. No need. It was all included. He explained how it was expandable for lighting controls, medical emergencies, air conditioning, etc. No pressure. He merely told what the monitoring costs would be, how the upgrades would be executed and said to call him at any time to get these activated. I plan on doing just that. Today I got a call from the monitoring company to ask him if I was satisfied with the service I received. I don't know how I can convey how very pleased I was when Dave left. He's a great guy and very invested in making a client happy. I would recommend him to ANYONE and feel very comfortable doing it. I was astonished that he gave so much of his time and effort and absolutely everything was included in the price of zero dollars. The monthly monitoring is in-line with the competition, but the customer service was so much better!

Description of Work: I am so glad I have Angie's List or I wouldn't have found this great deal! All of my friends have complained about their various alarm systems because of service and price - so, I've been a little leery choosing a system for my new home. I don't have any experience with this, but saw Radio Alarms listed as a Big Deal on Angie's List. I went in and read all the reviews and researched the entire Big Deal ad. I'm so glad I went with Radio Alarms! David and Arnie are the best! The were on time, very professional and took the time to explain how to use the service. It's not complex at all! I love the smart phone accessibility. I can see all the activity on my smart phone - it's pretty cool! Both have followed up to make sure everything was working properly, which it is. I am extremely pleased with the service product, and price! I would certainly recommend them to family, friends, and the community in a heart beat!! THANK YOU!!

Description of Work: I dealt with Dave Pearson at Radio Alarms and I could not be more pleased. He is professional and friendly, and was willing to spend the time to explain all my options. The system I chose has the latest and I might add coolest technology. It it is priced similar to the "big guys" basic system. Oh yeah, his monthly monitoring prices were way less that the the big guys to. Best of all, Radio Alarms is a local company and I love supporting my community.
