Responded promptly. Replaced a tub to shower. Good result for installation. I needed to adjust the drywall work.

Gary and DJ came to my home to redo all the plumbing pipes they went above and beyond even fixing the outgoing lines that were supposed to have been replaced 4 years ago, but weren't... Even with the constant rain they managed to get the job done. They were both very courteous and even cleaned up each area as they were done with it. I would most definitely recommend this company to everyone who needs plumbing done. I had 3 people come to bid the job and ER plumbing was the lowest but with very quality results. Thank you Gary and DJ for a job well done. Small company's are the best!!!

Gary and team replaced sewer line from master bath out to the street. Had to trench through the master bath floor, but they were able to tie in the hall bath without having to dig that up which was really appreciated. Ended up being a much longer run to the street than we thought since the sewer ended up running under the driveway necessitating trenching across that as well so cost a bit more than we originally thought. Torrential rain caused them to have some extra work since some of the pipes floated before the inspection. Only took a day or too longer than we thought but with the state of things these days, I was happy they were able to start so quickly after agreeing to do the job and finished up within a reasonable time frame.

Gary and his team replaced all sewer lines under the house including the main line to the city connection. Our house is on a slab so the project required cutting out portions of bathroom floors and digging trenches around almost the entire house for the new sewer lines. It was not a fun experience due to what needed to be done to correct the problem but Gary and his team helped us through it and did a wonderful job. Gary also repaired our sprinkler system lines that were broken during the trenching for the new pipes. They did the work for a very good price. (They were thousands cheaper than some of the bigger national plumbing companies we received quotes from.) We will call Gary for all of our future plumbing needs.

I can not say enough great things about Gary and The Plumb E.R. It was a 6-month ordeal with the insurance company. Gary was patient and communicated well throughout the process. Gary and Charles arrived early, analyzed the issue and once parts were obtained had the tub drain shoe replaced and leak tight within 30 minutes. Price was very reasonable and communication was clear from beginning to end. I was very pleased with the service and would recommend Plumb E.R. to anyone needing quality work at a good value.

Gary, Charles and John met expectations with the shower install , 2 stall rebuilds, and one new bathroom stall replacement. The crew cleaned up after themselves which is a huge sticking point for us. Gary got me a slot right away to have my sink installed. The guys were even a little early. Did a wonderful job and the price was fair. I Had almost the same job done about a year and a half ago in my last home and it cost almost as much for a single plumber. I had both a master and journeyman on this job. I would hire them again for sure.

Gary was helpful in scheduling my water heater installation, and had a good price. The guys who came were polite, professional, and hard working. I was informed every step of the way.
