Gary contacted me immediately upon my inquiry. I hired him for a motor replacement for a whirpool tub that turned into a BIG job when he got behind the wall. Previous unknown water damage had created a mess and he simply rolled with it. Kept me informed and showed me every step they were taking and gave me various options depending on my budget. Hurricane Matthew delayed completion of my project because we had to evacuate (clearly not Gary's issue!) and I added additional job requests along the way. My project was a day late starting but I can't fault Gary for hurricane Matthew. He and his apprentice were very knowledgeable and responsive to my needs. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
