My hot water heater started leaking at 8:00pm and I called numerous plumbing companies the next morning but they could not come for a day or two. When I called and spoke to Gary he said they could come around 11:00am that day and gave me a very good price compared to four other plumbing companies verbal estimate. Would highly recommend this company.

The person in charge Garry lied from day one and ended firing the company off the job site with only 1/3 of the work completed after 18 days. Virtually no communication or updates for delays other than blaming weather. Was told initially 3 to 4 day job. Was told we wouldn't need to leave for hotel while pipe were being re-worked. Prior to starting project paid 1,500 dollars as deposit. On first day of worked Garry asked for another 1,000 dollars. Promised a "crew" of workers, reality only 2 workers at any given time at most. Instead of staring on front of property as agreed, he changed and started back of property. Promised to be done in one day. Took almost 3 days to complete which is still not actually done. I now have massive holes dug with no work being done. I have gone out of my way to assist in taking down part of fencing to make their work easier. Allowed them total use of drive and carport while I parked in the street. Even pumped water multiple times out of the holes post rain so they could finish the job which they did not!! The actual workers will tell you one thing and Garry something different when you track him down for information. Now I'm having to hire someone else to finish the job he can't. Do not trust them. Do not give them any money in advance.

They were here when they said they would be. All my questions were answered. They practiced social distancing and answered all my questions. Price was fair

I had 3 quotes to replace almost 200 feet of sewer line outside of my house. I have a lot of plumbing expertise myself but in the end decided to hire a professional to redo this main line from the yard to the city hook up. Gary was my last quote so I had a good idea of where it should be compared to the others. Gary came out quickly and assessed the problem and gave me a quote on the spot. We chatted about alternatives and he was honest in his assessment which I agreed with. Bottom line out of the 3 pros I found him to be the best price, honest and completed the work quickly. I would definitely recommend him to others needing service.

Gary suggested a smaller hot water heater based on what was being used already. Saved me Money! The two men that did the work were efficient, polite and did a great job cleaning up. I intend to use them to flush the tank once a year to prolong the life of the tank. Would definitely recommend this company .

They did an awesome job

Our DIY bathtub replacement project went from "a project from hell" to "a project completed", in less than a week. Within an hour of requesting quotes on Home Advisor, they called and scheduled an appt to come out the next day. Their quote was under what we were expecting, and they were able to get it done the same week. Plumbers were very professional, and personable, answered all questions and walked us through the whole process. Very impressed. If I could give these guys 10 stars I would! Thanks PlumbER.
