They were a full-service provider! From the salesman to the installers, they made the entire process so easy for us. They take care of everything- including submitting application to our HOA! Superior Fence was easy to work with in all regards and they get things done. The salesperson was very responsive and attentive, he was also available for follow up questions which we appreciated. The crews arrived as scheduled and promptly got the job done. We are happy with both the wood and aluminum fences that were installed. The crew that worked on our wood fence (Robbie, Brandon, Tim) did an amazing amount of work - they demolished and installed the entire wood fence with gate in one day without sacrificing quality.

The technicians were extremely professional, and arrived a little prior to their start time each day (6/22 & 6/23). They immediately got to work, and worked steadily until time to leave. They installed a beautiful fence, and my neighbors have been calling to rave about it. I could not be more delighted with the end result - I love my new fence!!!

Ralph called the morning of the job to let me know the crew was on the way and when they would arrive. They were on time both days. The entire crew was professional, worked quickly and did quality work. I am very pleased with the whole experience!

We choose Superior mainly because they were the only fence company to deal with our HOA for us. Their fence price was a little higher than others, but it seemed worth it as others in our neighborhood used them. We were able to get approval in just 2 days. Superior Fence & Rail showed up on time and laid out all the fence on install day. Although they started digging some holes before they even confirmed the location of the gates, we caught it in time so the gates could be where we wanted them. For over 400 linear feet, they started at 9am and were finished by 4pm. The crew was fast and polite. The quality of the fence is great and buying the middle tier was worth the money. However, the install quality is a little less to be desired as there is concrete finger prints up and down each post and the Florida heat, its now baked on. During the install, we were told our quote was off and we would need to pay the difference. Jim, our sales person, came out the very same day while the installers were still here and rectified the problem. Now I agreed to pay some of the difference but never officially received a new bill of the difference, they just billed me, luckily I had funds available. So this is why we give a B on professionalism for both the install and office staff. Afterwards, we noticed one of the gates was badly damaged. We called for a warranty claim and after a couple of last minute reschedules, they showed up one morning without even calling and just walked right into our property without even knocking. They did some repair and said they did not have parts and had to reschedule. After a mess of rescheduling, another crew showed up unannounced, trying to get into our property, this time everything was locked. Our appointment time was at 1pm, they showed up at 8:20 in the morning. The professionalism of the crew is just not there and have no regards for homeowners. As I say this, we never felt a security risk, its just the crew wanted to do fixes on their schedule and not that of the homeowner. Now all is fixed, looks good.

The team called ahead, arrived on time. The team leader Ralph Barden explained in detail the process, and cleaned up all the debris. Excellent job done.

We requested a change to the latches on our privacy fence to a sturdier model than initially installed. Superior Fence and Rail installed our privacy fence and gates (special order) a few years ago. We have been very pleased with them. The repair team arrived on time and was prepared with two options for the latch exchange. The work was completed quickly and efficiently in approximately 1 hour. Some Background: Initially we had requested a more complex repair to the gates themselves and received a satisfactory quote. We were on the schedule for the work when we decided that a change to the latches would resolve our concerns. This meant a rescheduling. The team at Superior Fence and Rail worked with us to accommodate the change in schedule and came prepared with options. Recognition for fine customer service goes to Amanda, Judy, Kent, Scott and his repair team. We have recommended Superior Fence and Rail to friends and will continue to do so.

Excellent fence. We had it done almost a year ago. Just a few weeks ago, someone we do not know in another subdivision left a card in our mail box asking for the name of our fence builder. As I was looking through the copy of the WARRANTY provided by Superior, I discovered that Superior also provides a form for $50.00 rebate for referring Superior; rebate goes to us and the new customer. We first noticed a Superior Fence in the parking lot of Trad's Garden Center on San Jose Blvd. They had an amazingly well built fence that looked like it would be too expensive for us. But the price of the Superior fence was less than what we paid 10 years ago!!! Obviously, we were taken advantage of by the previous company - the old fence always had lots of popped staples AND the wood was of lesser quality. Superior were pros in every way. We even gained an inch or 2 in fence height by the way they built the fence supports - taking lots of care to make it level. We maybe spent more than most people on a privacy fence, but we wanted more. We have a corner lot and this fence is highly visible from the street. People ask us about this fence because it is more decorative and is made with more attention to detail than the basic shadowbox design most people have (we live in an HOA). RECOMMEND HIGHLY.

The sales rep was very fast & responsive to set up an estimate and answer questions. The 3 men who installed the fence (Robbie, Brandon, and Tim) were fast & professional. They arrived on time & performed the work quickly with accuracy. I noted the pricing as "Fair" because Superior did have a higher estimate price than another company quoted us, but when comparing building materials it came across as "fair" that they were charging a higher price. The primary aspect that sold me on their services were consistently high Google reviews when I searched. I was not an Angie's List member at the time of using their services.

Crew arrived at the time agreed to and completed the entire job & final walk in about 6 hours. Very professional.
