Description of Work: Purchased a cleaning service through them. Performed first cleaning without a hitch. Second cleaning could not be performed due to a leak. Snyder recommended we purchase new indoor and outdoor units for approximate cost of $6000. Obtained a second opinion from Huxham. After analysis, they found a minor leak on the outside unit, but all was working properly. They cleaned the unit without an issue. Unit has worked fine for a year now.

Description of Work: Yearly checkup. The only service/maintenance I have EVER received where they take their time. Some of the times it takes them 45 minutes sometimes it over an hour. Like at one of my friend's home, they take their time, and do the job correctly and throughly.

Description of Work: I have been using Snyder for at least the past 6 years. I have signed up for their Preventive Maintenance and they come out to my house twice per year to clean and check my air conditioning system. They call when it is time for the maintenance and work with my schedule. They are on time, explain what they are doing and make recommendations. If I do have any problems, they send out a service representative quickly.
