Description of Work: From start to finish, Snyder was the best. When I called for estimate the scheduled me right away. Did not have to call me back like all other companies I called for est. Don was on time for my estimate and beat the nearest competitor by over $400.00. The installers were on time, had the old system out and new system up and running in just over 3 hours. Cleaned up after wards and gave me a quick lesson on the digital thermostat. Very pleased all the way round with Snyder

Inspected equipment, checked for coolant, cleaned condenser coils; leveled the condenser outside unit; cleared drain line; replaced surge protector; new UV bulb (expected expense this visit); new pan pads (expected expense); new filter installed (I provided); Ben always makes sure I understand what the issues are or could be in the future; answers all my questions and offers considered and practical suggestions. Ben and Snyder are dependable and nice to do business with.

Description of Work: Air conditioner not cooling at all. Was worried that our 12+ year old system was failing. Technician discovered a leak and had to recharge the system. While still an expensive repair, it was not the catastrophic failure I was worried about. He was quick, showed me the leak and got us back to cool in a jiffy!
