Description of Work: |They did their normal cleaning of the a/c unit and heat pump. I maintain a yearly contract with them for $145.00/year. This pays for twice yearly cleaning. The above amount includes the yearly fee of $145 plus 2 new filters. They have provided me service for 20+ years and I find them very professional and courteous. They are willing to assist with any concerns I may have.
