I bought my air conditioner from them. It is very good to know somebody. They are a big company in Jacksonville and they are in competition with a lot of the other ones but they are very punctual. They come out every three months. I use them all the time to clean my air conditioning system. I bought my Trane air conditioner system from them. If someone's air conditioner goes off they are usually there right on the spot. I have not had mine because I bought a new one. They are very concerned about being punctual. They have a good price and it is fair.

I have a maintenance contract with them and I pay $120 for them to come out twice a year. They do the servicing of my unit which is good. They give you a senior discount. I think that they are trust worthy. I will continue to use their services again in the future.

It went very well as usual they are always prompt they call before arriving the work done is always very professionally done never without problems. They give recommendations and sent out an expert to do an additional inspection which they found we were doing on on the air return.

Central air went out during hottest week in Florida so far this year. They came when they said they would. Turned out old system couldn't be fixed, but they explained why and spent a good half hour on the phone trying to figure a way to fix it. Then got someone out next day to give me estimate on new system, trying hard to cut costs where possible. I was impressed

I have always been pleased with their service and I have no complaints.

They have independent men that come out and service Middleburg. Most of the people I’ve used for a couple of years on the recommendation of a friend except for one guy that comes out and he always charges too many products that I don’t need. Our air conditioner is only 5 years old but he keeps trying to come out and say something is wrong every time. I’ve requested that they don’t send him anymore and they haven’t. They charge about the same as everybody else in the area.

The salesperson/repair technician was knowledgeable and professional. The installation men were also knowledgable. Synder sent someone a few days later to inspect the installation and answer questions. I really appreciated this extra touch. They seem to have good personnel and equipment. May be a little pricey, but seem to be worth the price.

They do excellent work. They had put the unit in 2 years ago. It is an A-1 organization. Their prices are good. We would absolutely use them again.

Performed 6 month service to our heat pump and air handler, arrived on time, was very professional and thorough. The $135 cost is for 2 service appointments a year. I believe this is a good bargain and keeps our A/C efficient. The technician who cleaned and checked our system was neat and professional. He Advised us on maintenance we could save on and left our home and A/C clean and like he found it. Thanks Snyder for the Great service.

My experience with them was poor because their price was very high. I disliked the fact that they were going to redo the air-conditioning without reinstalling new pathways.

They told me that they couldn’t change the air handler without changing the compressor because they use a different refrigerant. We ended up going with them and I think the price was all right. I would recommend them and their full warranty. The people that came out were friendly and professional.

They did what they had to do and they took care of everything. The unit is working perfectly. If necessary, I would use them again in the future too.

We had the warranty work done probably last month. They've been great. We've had them for six years and we are very pleased.

They were able to come out right away to address my A/C unit. They were punctural and courteous. They didn't take long and did a good job.

I phoned them at 400 PM, technician arrived around 500PM, and had unit repaired in about 30 Minutes. I was very satisfied with promptness of them arriving and correcting the problem in a timely manner. I thought the price charged was fair.

Our home was built in 2001 and we replaced the AC unit in October 2008 with a larger unit because of the issues with the previous unit (lowest quality, smaller sized builders unit). Since the installation of the new system they have been back 8 times due to the system failing. The external unit has been welded several times and then completely replaced. The internal coil had to be replaced most recently. Today, again our A/C has stopped working. The repairmen place the blame on the ductwork so we had them enlarge that (it was recommended by the person who sold us the system when we purchased the system but the team installing refused to do it and said we didn't need it). After several failures of the system they were adamant that was the cause of the issues so we had the ductwork modified. Their solution was to place an additional return in our master bedroom approximately 3 feet away from the vent blowing the air, effectively removing air circulation and causing the one side of the room to not get cooled air. Today 5/8/2010 our A/C (19 months post install) is now not working again. It is approximately 85 degrees outside and our house is now 77 degrees and I am forced to run a dehumidifier to keep the humidity level lower (I have a child with allergies to mold). I have been told by the company it is unreasonable to expect the unit to cool more than 10-15 degrees when the outside temp exceeds 80 degrees. In all the time I have lived in Florida I have never had such A/C issues or problems keeping it within a reasonable consistent temp and humidity level. According to one of their tech's comments when it is 90 degrees outside I should only expect it to cool the house 10 degrees. It is funny how the other tech who sold us the unit said how he keeps his place at 68degrees all year at night so he can sleep but my $8,000+ unit shouldn't be expected to cool my house? It has now been over an hour since I called and no call back with any arrangements for repair. (wonder if it has anything to do with the fact it is warranty work?) Since the unit was installed they have welded the outside unit several times and totally replaced it and replaced the inside coil. Either it was not installed correctly or there is a huge quality issue with the unit, either way I am dealing with a unit that is unreliable and a company that is slow to respond to warranty issues.

Central Air Conditioner stopped working on a Saturday afternoon. We called their weekend number and the guy walked us through basic questions. Scheduled us an appt for the next morning. There was only a $30 upcharge for Sunday service, which I thought was very reasonable. Apparently we were hit by an electrical surge during the storm that Saturday. Service guy said they had had a dozen calls that afternoon. They called before they arrived and showed up well within the window they had given us.

Came when they said they would and did all in a prompt manner at a reasonable price.

They did a very good job. They were very courteous when they were there working. They showed up on time to do the work. They cleaned up everything when they were done.

The work was not exactly to our satisfaction. They were nice and friendly when they installed the unit, but we felt that they should have changed out the duct work when they did it. They are very knowledgeable though. The only reason I would not rate them perfect is because of the duct work. I just thought they were kind of snotty.

He wanted to sell me a new air conditioner. The first one was $2700 and gave me the option of an off-brand priced at $1400. I would not use them. I doubt whether he has the insight to do an honest repair.

Our new unit has been working great. I think that Snyder is a very good company to do business with. The worker that came to my house was very professional and friendly. They gave us a quote and charged what they quoted.
