The serviceman was very efficient in getting the work done in due time. I appreciated that he did not seem to waste time but still did a through job.

2 techs - one for air handler, one for heat pump, very efficient. Called before arrived to give heads up. Thorough explanation of how the A/C is doing. Recommended solutions for bacteria growth but did not push.

Josh repaired and Alec cleaned, they both were early, were two wonderful technicians who are friendly, informative and professional.

On time, polite, explained in detail all issues and advised system will need to be replaced sooner or later. Advised to remove mulch from around condenser. Have used for past homes and will continue to!!

I have used Snyder for the original installation and have used them for service ever since, appproximately 7 years. They always phone ahead to remind me and let me know when the serviceman is on the way. Work is thorough and usually above and beyond expectations. Would highly recommend them.

The service men work on commission, and told me a lot of things were wrong that were not.

Randy was here early. He explained, suggested improvements to assist the lifetime of both units. Followed through on Mildew part and will consider surge protectors at a later date.

They gave us an extra AC cleaning because we called and complained that their staff that came to see us one day was rude. On the other hand, we chose this company because they were good.

I called to make an appointment and I had a service technician at my house an hour later. He looked over my system and was able to find the issue in about 15 minutes. 30 minutes later the A/C was fixed. The technician gave several pointers about bleaching the drainage tube and cleaning the coils. I will definitely call Snyder again if/when the need arises.

When the estimate originally came to my house he was professional. The original installation crew was also very good. I had them come bacK a few months later and they added a return to a back bedroom for a couple hundred dollars and added and also added their surge protectors (another couple hundred dollars), etc... ....All good, no complaints so far.... Now a year later, I wanted to add another return to a room that shares a wall with the new air handler.. My experience couldn't have been more different. I called for an appointment and they said they couldn't come until almost a week later. I thought no problem they are busy. When the day of my appointment came and no one showed, I called to hear that they had a couple of employees that didn't show up for work. So they promised they would have someone out to my house first thing in the morning the following day. Again, an hour after the appointment nobody showed up so I called back. They said the crew was on the way, and almost an hour later they showed up only to give me a price that was almost DOUBLE their competitor to fix a flaw in their previous work. I am glad I hadn't yet signed up for the extended maintenance which I was strongly considering. I am shocked at how their professionalism, price and service had changed so much in a year. Do yourself a favor and use another company.

I have a maintenance contract with them and they come out twice a year for inspection and service. I have been using them for a while and I have always been very happy with them. There is a particular guy who I thought did a great job. From my previous experience, I requested the company that they send him out and I got him again yesterday, and he did a great job. Their price is fair for the service they provide. They were well on time, in fact they were early. If I make an appointment with them, they keep up with it.

From start to finish, Snyder was very professional and timely. This was a big job in a large, older home that required some flexibility. The "B" rating for quality is because there were several new registers where the holes in the ceilings were cut too large and then filled in poorly with caulk. They also missed capping off a few of the many older registers in the attic. To Snyder's credit, once we reported the issues, they ordered larger registers and had a contractor come out and correct all of the problem areas. This additional "punch list" work required a fair amount of time and was a pain, but I would highly recommend Snyder to anyone in the future. While everyone makes mistakes from time to time, not everyone handles them well and follows-up. Snyder did a great job with both.

This company does an excellent job of keeping my air conditioner in good running shape for over 10 years! All personal are friendly, courteous and well trained! It went well. They originally installed the A/C unit and I have been using them ever since. They are service-oriented and are usually here when they say they will be. If I ever have a problem, they come out right away to make things right.

They are not an honest or competent service. They over charged me and broke my unit. They refused to return without a service charge. Update: I went ahead and did a report on Angie's List and as soon as they saw my complain they called, apologized and offered one year free service and offer to pay the the amount back to me that the new company charged me for the repair or we would send you the $100 but I have never received the money to this day

I went with them because of the advertisement on TV. They were expensive. They did what they were supposed to. They didn’t go above and beyond. The unit I had rusted and corroded through and it was a tough job for them. They did a good job as far as getting the unit out and installing the unit in there. They did everything I asked them to do and there was nothing extra. The price was a little high. The quality so far has been so good.

Snyder Heating and Air Conditioning is very professional and very cost effective and they get the job done. I have been using them for a long time. I would refer them to anyone that needs a good heating or air conditioning repair man.

Initially, the bid process went well with this company. The inspection for bid appointment went on time as it should and the bid was received when it was promised. The representative, however, neglected to leave any literature and the bid was somewhat lacking in specific information as to which exact model was being bid. (Wanted to research with manufacturer and user reviews, etc.) A call requesting information and literature was immediately made and a follow-up call two days later. Both of these were made to representative's direct number and were answered or returned from voice mail. Literature and info was promised "soon" and representative stated that it would be no problem as he lived close to our home. When no literature had arrived one week, and ten days later, calls were again made to the representative's direct number. Both times they went to voice mail and neither time were they returned nor has any literature been received to this date. Although the quote was (apparently) competitive, we let another company do the work in December as we wanted to receive the federal tax credit eligible for 2011 and we could not obtain further response from this company. It just doesn't make sense to us why a lack of basic follow through effort would cost this company a sale (?) Why prepare a bid, do a home inspection for what was needed and then not provide literature or show exact model being quoted?

They found a short in the system and were able to repair it that day to fix my immediate need.

They have a lot of locations and I think their price is reasonable. I called them one afternoon and I thought they would be here the next day; they came within 20 minutes of my call. I will use them again in the future.

They were professional and did what they were supposed to do. I had a good experience. Because it was just a routine maintenance job, I don't think it was anything above and beyond. It was certainly a fine experience I had with them.
