Everything went exactly as expected. There were no bumps or surprises. There have been semi-annual inspections/service that were equally professional and thorough.

We switched to Snyder from a company that screwed us. The repair technician from Snyder was Jason. He was on time and very professional and polite. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to review all the work he was doing. We are very satisfied and our AC is running much better. We would highly recommend Snyder Heating and Air.

They showed up on time. Removed the old handler from inside the home. Removed the old outdoor unit. Created new air duct returns in the house to the garage. Installed the new handler in the garage. Installed new outdoor unit. City inspection was good. Did ask them to come back and put cover over the pipes that run down the wall outside the house, for painting purposes. New unit is super quiet. The new air returns balanced out the air in house, like never before. Now all of the house is the same temperature. Awesome!

All I can say is you get what you pay for. They might not be the cheapest but I have always been pleased with the service.

We initially called Snyder Heating and Air Conditioning to repair a reoccurring leak. We found that it had many other problems so at that time it was decided to go ahead and replaced the unit with a new one. They came just two days later to install the unit. I was very pleased with the crew they sent to my home to do the work. They showed up on time, were very professional, they were also very neat and didn't leave any mess behind. It took two men just a little more than five hours to complete the job. My husband and I are very please with the job they did. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and will definitely call them again if need be.

Serviced 2 units inside and out; which I have them do twice a year here in our home. We also have them do the same service at our other home as well. I have allergies and keep my units fully serviced and had them also add the pan protectors..

Moved into an older home and checked the air out and added a new control unit. Snyder is always the the best. Great service and always follows up.

They'll try to sell you an expensive air cleaning system (which I can't afford) but do excellent service and preventative maintenance. I trust them completely.

Regular service. I have an annual contract. That cost included an expensive Trane box filter and pan savers. Snyder did original installation of this system and UT has been flawless. They are not the cheapest but they are the best!

Excellent company and technicians are excellent.

Technician spent at least an hour on each one. Was very thorough. We were (and are) very pleased. I am not including a price as we negotiated an annual service agreement and I do not think it would be appropriate to release the amount. Suffice to say we would not have entered the arrangement if we didn't feel the price was both fair and reasonable.

I had an evaporator coil, capacitor and burnt wires replaced.

They service my air conditioner, changing filters doing yearly cleaning and come immediately if I have a problem with the air conditioner. I have used them several years for these services.

I bought a new HVAC System from Snyder about three years ago when the tax credit was in effect. They fully understood the credit and the requirements the system had to meet to qualify. Since then I've had them clean it two times a year via service contract. They are a large outfit with a good reputation. I don't know if they are always the lowest, but they were the low bid when I bought a new system and I trust them to do the right thing.

They performed routine maintenance on our Carrier heat pump. During this service, the air handler inside drain pan was accidentally cracked. The attic location required a major diss-assembly and re-assembly of the air handler which they promptly did and brought everything back to working order.

This was a semi annual maintenance call. We have used Snyder for many years and are always very pleased with both the office staff and service technicians .

They did a good job. They came and did what they said they'd do. I'm very happy with them.

Their price is a good value for the money. Each visit typically takes an hour to an hour and a half. They do a thorough inspection. We are quite pleased with them. Anytime we have had an issue, they respond quickly.
