Rory saved us!! Our kitchen remodel was without flaw until we hired a bad floor installer/refinisher that left us with a botched job. Thankfully Rory stepped in and turned a nightmare into a beautiful job well done. I would hire Rory again for any job, he is professional, does what he says he will do in a timely manner. We are very happy with our new floors they complete the remodel. Beautiful Job!

Rory did a great job. There were some challenges with my other contractors not having things ready for him and he rolled with the punches and was able to reschedule with no issue. The end product looked amazing!

I was very pleased with the quality of work that was done. After getting several quotes, I chose Rory because I felt that he was trustworthy and honest with me from the beginning.My floors were covered with carpet. He removed the carpet and hauled it away. I was concerned about the amount of furniture to be moved. This was not a problem for him.It was moved with care.He was professonial in his business practices. He takes pride in his work. He respected me in my home and made me aware of his every move.My floors are beautiful. I am so glad that I selected him to do the work for me.I would highly recommend Rory's Custom Hardwood floors. I am so excited to have my 90 year old floors refinished.

The only reason I didn t give all 5 star ratings was because my newly painted baseboards were scuffed up by, presumably, the sander or others tools used in the process.
