Rory is a high quality contractor because 1) He responded the same day to my request and he came to the house to see the job within 24 hours. 2) He gave the best price 3) He was the most flexible on the schedule and made it work even after a delay 4) He even helped finish up details on the installation of the hardwood. 5) He had the best equipment that left very little dust. 6) He came back to put another coat around my schedule. 7) He provided some extra finish that I will use to match a wood threshold for the front door. I would by far use him again and recommend him to anyone. Overall very professional

Whereas other companies turned down our smaller refinishing job, Rory jumped at the chance and drove out of his way to work on floors for three consecutive days.

My floors look great, much better than expected. I didn't have much hope for these floors but after he was done, I fell in love with my house all over again. He was on time, clean and did everything per his quote. His price was fair. I will recommend him to everyone I know & my only regret was not having my hardwood floors done sooner.

My disappoinment was about drops of varnish on my new vinyl flooring. Thank God it was easily removed but it indicated a carelessness that left a bad taste in my mouth for the project.
