Rory returned the call, gave a bid, and did the job in a speedy and timely manner..plus his price was the best of three. By the way...the floors are BEAUTIFUL!

The initial finish wasn't ideal but Rory returned two days later and made it perfect. No questions asked and was happy to do it.

I was disapointed in the fact that the transition from carpet to cedar was not part of the floor installation! As a result of what they 'did not do' I had to bring in a plumber to re-install the toilets and have a carpet person install a strip to marry the carpet to the cedar in the closet. IIt is my opinion that an installion should include all aspects of the floor installation - including transitions to the other floors. Other than that, the floors look great (2 bathrooms of Bamboo and Cedar in a walkin closet), Shirley Allen

Rory was on time, worked quickly & did an excellent job of sanding & refinishing a Master Bedroom floor. We are very pleased with Rory's work & would recommend him highly.

Totally Fabulous- we originally just hired him to resurface some hardwood in our old-ish home we just purchased, but he was able to install new hardwood to match the existing hardwood in a room that used to have icky carpet. Other professionals told us it couldn't be done, but he did it and it looks wonderful and we're thrilled!

First rate all the way. Very professional team led by Rory. Very good value. Did what he said, when he said. First day was dustier than we thought it would be given they were just cutting, but much less from the sanding. We are very happy with this pro!

Did a good job.

The floor refinishing, included removing the carpets and installation of baseboards. It was completed within two yhalf days. Roy and his brother came back another day to replace the framing around the doors. They were pleasant to work with and moved two heavy desks back into the room for us. We love the two new bedroom floors and plan to have them come back in a few weeks to remove carpets in the hallway and laundry room and refinsih those floors too. We're very satisfied with the quality of their work and their commitment to meeting the agreed upon appointment time. This doesn't always happen!
