Rory's Custom Hardwood

Rory was very buisness oriented and professional. He showed up right on time and kept precisely to the schedule he told us. My floors look great and I would hire him again.

Rory and his team did an excellent job . Job was finished on time with no issues. Rory is a perfectionist and his work shows it. I will be having Rory do more work in my home.

You get what you pay for. Rory wasn't the cheapest quote, but was worth the price. Their work was first class and they did exactly what they said they would.

I have the most beautiful hardwood floors in Rancho Cordova! Rory and his team did an excellent job. When I pulled up my carpet, I was surprised to find that the kitchen and dining area only had sub-flooring under the carpet. Rory and his team filled in these areas with new hardwood and refinished the existing hardwood. You can not tell the difference between the old and the new! Simply awesome!!

Antonio's estimate is very practical and realistic. He did what necessary to do, never over estimate and did not ask too much. Antonio completed a wonderful job, worked very hard and professional. I would like to recommend him for others for flooring jobs.

I had just purchased a house, and I only had a short period of time to have the floor refinished before I moved in and Rorey accommodated me, even though he had other jobs booked.

I was impressed with the service I got. They gave me a good price for the work They did a very good job replacing some damaged flooring. Although the new floor color didn't quite match the old floor color (it was lighter) it was fine for the room it was in. They were very careful removing the trim and replacing it. The sanding process was dustless! I was amazed. The demo process, on the other hand, was extremely dusty! But they did dust before the last coat was applied. Overall I am very pleased with my floor and will probably have them come back and replace some carpeting with hardwood. They were professional & personable.

They removed and replaced the furniture and completed the project in two days. My old floor of 58 years looked almost like new

Had a dishwasher that leaked and the kitchenflooring needed to be replaced. At the same time we changed from carpet to hardwood in our family room. Rory and his team were great from the start. On time, neat and clean. When we were told about timing through the process, Rory and crew were exact. Would highly reccomend Rory and his services to anyone. We already have...love the floors!!

Rory knows the hardwood refinishing business and did a great job...on time! He always showed up just a tad early and went right to work. There was a touch of stain on the baseboards (which I was told isn't uncommon) so I had to repaint those areas. Overall...very satisfied.

I am completely satisfied with this project. The contractor was expert, prompt, and response. Anyone should seriously consider the use of this firm for engineered hardwood refinishing. Rory's results were outstanding.
