Rory returns calls promptly or answers the phone himself. When we had to call him back to repair a small thing he fixed it better than it was originally. He and his crew were friendly and efficient. I would definitely call them back if I decided to do any new flooring.

Rory and his team did a wonderful job re-storing my old oak floors. They look beautiful. He also put new oak flooring in my kitchen and dinning area. He went beyond what I expected on everything he did. I would recommend him to anyone who wants a great job at a fair price. Rory's knowledge and expertise about what would look good and where money could be saved were SO valuable to us. He gave recommendations without being asked, but with no pressure to expand the scope. We ended up with floors that absolutely MAKE our whole house glow and increased the value tremendously. Rory and his crew restored our 100+ year old wood floors, and repaired or installed new where needed so it all looks gorgeous.

This company went above and beyond to get my hardwood install competed including working on Christmas Day when Lumber Liquidators was not honest about when my materials would be received!

Rory and his crew came when they said they would and did what they said they would do. They were friendly, yet thoroughly professional. They did a great job of refinishing the original 1950s oak floors in my home. They answered all questions and honored their original estimate, and gave tips on the care of my floors when asked. I would recommend them without reservation.

The project went very smoothly. It was completed on time and the solid oak floor is beautiful. Rory came back quickly to glue a small piece of trim under a cabinet and to repair a spot which was scratched, through no fault of Rory's crew, when a large entertainment cabinet was moved back into place. The agreed contract price for the work was $9,800. When it was time for the final payment Rory asked for an additional $300, which we paid.

Rory did a fabulous job refinishing our floor! One area in the kitchen was in bad shape and now the floors look like new. We did have a few estimates but Rory was the only person who said he would move our refrigerator so that he could refinish the entire kitchen. I would highly recommend him!

They performed on time!

Rory came out the same day I called him and provided a bid and date he could begin the project. He indicated it was a two day project however completed in a day and a half! Very professional and reliable. We have additional rooms that need our bamboo flooring installed in and can't wait to have him and his team come back!

I called Rory to come to my home and fix another refinisher's work. The first contractor left a mess and the finished product was a disaster (dirt in the finish, grooved and uneven floors from the sanding, sanding dust everywhere, finish splattered on the walls, etc.)! Rory came out the same day I called to assess the damage (I don't think he believed what I told him) and within a week he was back out, completely refinished the floors and the end product looks great. Rory is very professional, very clean, and knows what he is doing! My only regret is that I didn't contact him the first time.

Rory did an excellent job refinishing our old abused wood floors. He also repaired and installed new flooring that had to blend into the existing wood floor. Excellent results and it all looks beautiful. He is very professional, shows up when he says he will, cleans up after he is done for the day and keeps you up,to date with what is going to happen next. I would highly recommend Cory for any wood floor work you need to have done!

I would definitely recommend Rory. He did an excellent joy on removing tile in my entry way and replacing it with a manufactured hard wood product that we had purchased 7 years ago, he had to feather the new wood into the existing floor and he did an excellent job. I will be hiring him again to repair the hardwood in my kitchen damaged by a dishwasher leak.
