Rory's Custom Hardwood

Rory and his crew tore out old carpet and tile in no time to reveal hardwood underneath and the floors are now beautifully refinished. Rory communicated with me the whole way, informing me of my options, and clearly communicated cost. They were on time, friendly, and professional the entire time. The floors look gorgous.

They were repairing damaged flooring and did a great job. Only problem was that they failed to notice and replace two boards that should have been replaced. They arrived early (on a Sunday), were efficient and did a nice job cleaning up.

I needed my floors done quickly and Rory got me in that weekend. Afterwards, there were a couple of spots that needed to be resanded. He came back the next day, hand sanded those areas and recoated the whole floor! It looks amazing and the cost was less than I had expected!
