They were excellent. They're were very knowledgeable. They showed up on time. The price was right. The owner comes on site, he's very knowledgeable. They did the work when they said there going to and cleaned up after themselves. The people were fine. They're not the cheapest but they do a great job.

Prompt. Professional, Took care of the deck under the trees. Cleaned up well afterward. One tip, be sure you agree on all aspects of the service. I wasn't clear on the clean-up of the oak and we had to discuss it. Although they didn't remember the request I was making, they performed the service anyway. I was pleased that my memory was honored.

Two huge 60+ year old Oaks were removed. Stumps ground down. Large trees like these should not have been planted in such a small backyard with severely limited access. Had multiple estimates, about 10. Half simply said they couldn't do the job because they couldn't get their equipment in. Others bid ridiculously high. I think they just didn't want to admit they couldn't do the work. Anyway, one of the companies who couldn't do the work recommended John Hamilton. I'd never heard of Hamilton Tree Service but was getting nowhere with the others. John came out the next day. Said he could do the job and gave what I would call a reasonable estimate. So I hired him. It took four days. The man definitely knows what he is doing. He and his crew were all polite and answered any questions we had. If we need further tree work John will be the first person we call.
