An excellent service. I called late Friday for a washing machine repair. I spoke with Sharon Monday morning to arrange for an appointment that day. Sharon and Keith, rearranged their scheduled to meet me. They quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem at a reasonable price. They kept me apprised of the possible problems as to what would be repairable and what would be financially not feasible. They also gave me valuable advice on a couple of other appliances to prevent future problems. Very professional and I would definitely use again..

My wallet is $80.00 lighter and my washing machine still does not work. They said it may be the main circuit board but the online forum for LG Top loading Washing machines indicated it could be a faulty drain pump or drain pump filter which they did not investigate when they were here. Except for the inability of the washer to drain properly everything else appears to be working correctly. I am very disappointed. I am looking at having to replace the washer because the cost of a new circuit board is almost the same as the replacement cost of a new washer.

I was extremely satisfied. The tech looked at the refrigerator for 5-10mins, then knew the reason of malfunction. At first, I was skeptical, but the refrigerator is working with no issues, almost a month now

They found the problem(heater and sensor), they told me they are going to order the parts and will be arriving in three working days but it's been two weeks already and did not hear anything from them. That is vey unprofessional.

Contractor could not fix my oven due to the motherboard needed to be replaced. They wanted almost as much as a new oven to put in a new board and the labor. Elected to purchase a new oven from Home Depot.
