Repair was explained in detail, and gave options for repair. Notified me of parts still under warranty, and what needed to be done to correct the problem. Customer service was great, and he was very friendly. Definitely would recommend his services.

I was very pleased with the work and customer interface. The contractor told me exactly what was wrong and what needed to be done to fix the problem. He then gave me an estimated cost range and the actusl cost was within the estimated rsnge. He was prompt and courteous. I enjoyed the experience.

I would definitely recommend AC Ninjas for your air conditioning needs. Chris responded within 12 hours of my message and was at my house then next morning. He did the work necessary at a reasonable price; was courteous and congenial, and explained and showed to me all the work he was doing as he did it. Call him! You won't be sorry!

Was prompt, courteous, and very professional. All price discussion and services agreed to up front . Was able to diagnose and fix the issue within 30 minutes after arrival. Had suggestions for future upgrades to existing system. Definitely a pro and would use again!
