My. Air Handler was leaking water into my garage and dining room. I went on Home Advisor, filled out the request for AC pros and Christian called me back and scheduled my repair for the next day. He arrived on time,was very thorough and pricing seemed fair. Our AC is eleven years old so when we are ready for a new unit I know who to call. AC Ninjas. Thank you Christian!

Air conditioner stopped working. I called them that morning, and came that same day at 11:50AM and by 1:25PM my air conditioner was fixed! That's unheard of! He was very courteous and professional. I was thrilled that they were able to take care of me within a couple of hours. I will use them again! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

My situation was unique because I live in Georgia and he was doing work on a rental property I have in Jacksonville. He made the process very smoothly. Only sorry I could only grant 5 stars. The pro that arrived....FAST AND EARLY... was remarkably knowledgeable, professional, friendly and HONEST! WOW! Our ac was not cooling. We would have paid whatever he quoted to fix it NOW. He checked everything, and it ended up as a result of my HUSBAND not changing the filter for 8 months! (SHAME ON HUBBY). Dirt and dust had built up on the coils. The gentleman cleaned it all, and voila! Icy air! Very nice, VERY HONEST!!!! (So important!) If ANYTHING happens again, I have him in my Iphone as THE ac MAN! I woudl recommend him so fast it would make your head spin. Running an ethical, professional and EFFECTIVE business should make this company JACKSONVILLE'S BEST! Thanks AC Ninjas! = Ava Jordan

He found the problem. explained the cause and cost, and fixed the problem. I highly recommend this business for any A/C work needed because of their knowledge, professional work ethics, and honesty. The technician was not clear about the whole price from the beginning, I was told that my unit is one of the worse. After charging the system, he could not identify the location of a leak and attempt to charge more for additional services that would not guarantee to fix the leak problem. I was charged over $200 and the problem remains with no A/C.
