They were running late but was notify they was. When the tech got here he install a heating elment in my water heater did it in a timely matter very happy with his work.

Promptly returned my call for a water heater replacement and scheduled the job within a few business days. Repair tech was courteous and professional, and the installation went smoothly. The only disappointment came after the installation was completed, when I was informed that the new unit was larger than the one it replaced, preventing the door to the service area from closing. This should have been discussed prior to the replacement so I could make the decision to go forward myself. Unable to rate 5 stars simply due to this fact.

Purchased a new refrigerator. Wanted the ice maker connected up properly because this is a third floor unit. Teck came on time did a good job. No problems. I have no concerns.

Did the job quickly, at a fair price, and, most of all, we have not had any problems with the sewer since they fixed it.

I had my hot water heater replaced. Myles from J.M. was a great communicator. He called me from his cell phone and invited me to call him with questions. He asked clear questions about the size of my water heater, the method that it connects to the house and explained my options. I explained the age and symptoms that my hot water heater had and we agreed that replacing it was my best option. Instead of just replacing the Thermostat and maybe an element, due to the age of it he agreed to my desire to replace it. I told him that I didn't want to just put a 'band-aid' on it. The band-aid repairs would have been $300-400 according to a Sears person who'd diagnosed my heater previously. I got a brand new, installed and warranty'd hot water heater for less than $900. He was there within 48 hours and replaced the hot water heater in approximately 90 minutes... Even with my barrage of questions about hot water heaters! He explained to me how to 'flush' the heater every year to prevent 'sediment buildup' and keep it lasting longer. He was very professional and would recommend J.M. Plumbing to all.
