Duncan & Son Plumbing

On a Monday afternoon, I called another number and left a message. They never called back. I asked my neighbor who they use for plumbing needs, and they highly recommend. Mitch Duncan Plumbing. The next morning at 8:10 am I called Duncan and was cheerily answered. I explained my situation and was told there would be someone at my home by 9 am, and they were. Jeff and Rex arrived at 8:55 am and immediately set to work. The assessed the job, proposed their plan and got busy. Within one hour they were finished and cleaned up. They were professional, knowledgeable, police, informative and quick. They left the bathroom with a fully working toilet and in tidy condition. The price was very fair. Thank You for a great job. We are very pleased and will highly recommend Duncan to anyone needing a plumbers help .

Even though they were very busy and understaffed, Mister Duncan himself came out to inspect the leak the day after I called. He told me that he would have one of his staff come the next day, and even if they were all unavailable, he himself would come to fix the leak. The very next morning, one of Mr. Duncan's gents showed up, fixed the problem faster than we thought possible, proving himself to be friendly and efficient - the best combination. I was very much impressed with the service and will be keeping their business card on my fridge in case anything pops up in the future.

The work was performed quickly and professionally.  Kyle had all the parts with him and knew exactly what he was doing.  Very courteous.  I wouldn't hesitate recommending them.

Showed up at appointed time. Reviewed job requirements, gave estimate, and completed work.

It was an excellent experience. Service person was here on time. He evaluated the job and got right to work. He didn't rush the job but carefully went about each step of the removal process and install of a new gate valve. Very impressive. He removed the water softener from the house and took it with him to dispose of it.

Installed new dishwasher and set up plumbing. Plumber did a good job at a fair price. He wasn't able to take the old dishwasher though.

Plumbing repair was carried out quickly, correcting the issue of no water being delivered to the tub/shower.

Service was fast and professional, and the workmen did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves when they were finished.

It went very well. This was a handicapped bathroom that was remolded a year ago, which was also the age of the toilet. They were great, found the problem and corrected it the same day.

Gave a price of 135.00 to install but final price became 250.00 because certain work was and quot;not includedand quot; in initial



|estimate.

I Called Don's Plumbing based on the reviews on Angie's list, they were courteous, professional, responsive to my needs.
They replaced a 2 toilets that were continuously running, and with every flush I had to hold the handle until all was washed away.
They were prompt, cheerful and courteous (they even disposed of the old toilets for me). They completely go above and beyond. They warranty their work and nothing has ever gone wrong.

They were very, very good. He was rated highly and he did an excellent job! They are highly professional and very skilled. They were absolutely outstanding! Their price was right in the ball park of other plumbers. He actually was in 10 min early. The young man was just first class.

Everything about them was fabulous and their price was reasonable. We would definitely use them again. We have referred them to other people as well.

ok. However, new sink stoppers do not drain well and plumber offered no solution. I found longer stopper pulls and will call plumber to try this for a solution

Their service was fair. The responsiveness was excellent. The personnel was very courteous and personable.

He's excellent. He's reliable and he knows what he's doing. He is friendly and nice. Everything is good about him. It's an ongoing thing and I always call him. He's very good. He's just efficient. He comes, does his work and he does not make a mess. He comes when he says he's going to come. If I feel it's an emergency, he comes right away and does not make me wait. The men are clean because I've had other plumbers come but these guys are presentable and nice. They get the job done which is the bottom line and I don't have to call them back for that one particular thing. His prices are reasonable. He's very good.
