Everyone was wonderful. We received a phone call not long after leaving a message to have our palm trees trimmed and cleaned out. We received a quote and they were out the next day. Teresa and Dave were extremely nice, and Donnie is a tree artist. Budget Tree Service: friendly, prompt, professional and are about the community. Job well done. Thank you for all that you do.

dave was true to his word about doing a good job trimmed up our palms with "A HURRICANE CUT" got them looking good sent pics after the job was done cause we are 80mi away from the home they are a trusted company

Needed trimming of a very large tree with branches over the house, dead palm removal, and trimming two other trees. Dave seemed to understand what I wanted plus made some suggestions. Estimate was relatively specific and I had the choice of having less extensive (I.e. less expensive) work done. They had the right equipment for high work and had liability and workers comp and were able to add me and provide a certificate proving coverage. None of the other companies had workers comp despite the licensed and insured statement. The crew arrived a bit late on the appointed day due to a flat tire but spent the whole day working hard. They did more than we talked about on a couple trees but didn t charge more. I appreciated their soliciting my input along the way to make sure I was happy. They cleaned up pretty well, cleaning some areas better than they were to begin with. Overall I m really happy with the outcome and feel better about weathering storms and other mayhem. I look forward to using their services in the future.

I can't say enough about Budget. Their prices can't be beat and the work quality is amazing. As a teacher and single dad I'm always trying to save money Budget worked with me with both price and payments. They went above and beyond with customer service.

VETERAN OWNED & OPERATED! I'm not easy to please, really, seriously. Gettin' a good review from me is very difficult; gettin' the highest scores is almost impossible - they did the impossible. I trust them (almost can't believe I'm statin' that) - now have my "go to" tree guys. I cannot express how happy I am with all aspects of my experience. It's not worth any additionall time, effort, inconvenience nor expense contacting other options. Don't know what more I could say to get you to understand how really good this outfit is.

It was a difficult job to cut this large tree down without it hitting my house , which would have done considerable damage . They made it look like child's play , it was great watching pros work . and they cleaned up everything better than when they started

Through cleaning after 4 Extremely tall palm trees were removed. Very analytical evaluation of other trees and shrubs trimming and removal that would enhance not only the property, but add years to the life of the trees! Friendly cooperative and helpful team!

I absolutely cannot recommend this company to take care of your trees. I'm sure there are customers that had a positive experience but I just wanted to share my disaster so you will think carefully about your decision. They ran over two blueberry plants, ones I had previously pointed out and asked them to be careful to avoid running over, cut up one of my large Pink Jasmine saying they thought it was a weed, left big tire tracks marks and tore up the lawn where I had asked them not to drive, didn't put most of the chips where I asked but left a huge pile of them that was high, left huge piles of branches and logs at the edges of my property, didn't cut one tree up into fire wood like I asked and they said they would, cut up part of my Black Walnut up into the long sections I had asked for but also into short, firewood length sections, and broke my cattle gate which they never came back to fix like they said they would. The supervisor and I went over the details several times. I didn't even think about the large debris, I only mentioned the chips, and assumed they would take care of it like the last tree company I had hired. I shouldn't have to tell them what to do at all or that they should be careful of my lawn. Now I have damaged and missing plants, a torn-up lawn and huge piles of debris along the borders of my yard, and a broken gate. How am I supposed to get rid of all the debris? I have to deal with the huge pile of chips and fix the gate. How could they possibly think this is what I wanted?! I had decided to try this company because they had a good rating on Home Advisor, and it said budget in their title. Oh, such a big mistake! I didn't check to see how long they had been in business, but they seemed like they weren't very experienced working with customers. They didn't even use any kind of safety gear. I usually stick with the larger, more established companies that do a lot of business and have been in business for a long time; it'll be the last time I try out a smaller business.

Owner worked along side his employees. They were polite, didn't damage any of my other plants getting to the trees they cut and they cleaned up ALL the mess. I will hire them again when I'm ready to cut down more trees.
