Description of Work: The man corrected a problem in my washing machine which was preventing the spin cycle from removing all the water from th drum. A minor adjustment was done, and I was told that if the problem persisted that there were other measures that could be taken.

Description of Work: I called because my refrigerator had stopped running. Ed came the next day, and found the fan was not running. He ordered the part and installed it. After a week, the refrigerator stopped running again, and Ed returned and put in a mother board. That seems to have fixed the problem. So far, so good. Ed was punctual, professional, and a pleasure to do business with.

+ -1 moreIt only took two hours for the technician/owner to appear on my doorstep once I called for service. I have used this appliance repair company two other times in the past and have had an have had nothing but prompt and excellent service. I would recommend them highly. On all of the occasions I've used them they were very reasonable and extremely prompt in responding. I should mention that he did not supply the part, as I had ordered it from the manufacturer. He also informed me I had overpaid for the part by about 60%.
