Silver Air showed up on time for the initial consultation. Their price was the best of anyone I had come out and Chris is very personable. He explained the whole system and after consulting with several people he was by far the most honest of all the AC guys that came out.

On the day of install they were there and completed the job in a timely manner. You wouldn't even have known they were there that day because everything was so clean upon completion. They even did some minor additional work without a problem. There is no doubt I've found an honest, fair and reliable AC company for life.

He was wonderful. Every once in a while he will come by to check and make sure everything is ok.

My previous air conditioner was approximately 10 years old and was a very good unit to begin with. I contacted Silver Air, owner Chris Shea who came out quickly. He arrived and diagnosed that the coil needed to be cleaned and the unit would be fine with annual maintenance. I asked him about possibly replacing the existing unit and he took the time to explain the benefits that could be achieved. Mr. Shea was so knowledgeable and took the time to tell me all the nuances of the high efficiency units. He told me about all the incentives that are currently being offered including rebates from Rheem, FPL, and a program that I can receive a deduction on my taxes. Not to mention the money I would save on my monthly FPL bill. My old unit was a 10 SEER and I was going up to an 18 SEER. Mr. Shea and his employee arrived on time and began there work immediately. Every step of the process his employee was there cleaning up to make sure the area stayed clear of any obstructions/mess. He completed the entire job and they left my house cleaner than it was when they arrived. I have to say that this AC unit is awesome and is freezing me out of the house as I type. Silver Air has gained a customer for life and I will refer EVERYONE to them. They went above and beyond. I researched a lot on the internet after speaking with Mr. Shea and I definitely know that I received an excellent deal. The touch screen thermostat is so unique and cool to work with and it looks really great.
