Love My Floors - I really do! Izac and Mark did a WONDERFUL job installing my vinyl plank flooring. Fast, efficient and very friendly - we are very pleased - will highly recommend Joe (owner) and Love My Floors to all! Great experience!

Excellent Customer Service!! The owner of the company is very communicative and came to check out the progress every day. The work was meticulously completed, and each day everything was cleaned up. I LOVE how my floors turned out!!

There were two bathrooms that needed tiling. A job that I was contemplating doing myself. Three shower walls and a bathtub wall/surround using 12" x 24" tiles. Knowing the difficulties that go along with installing large format tiles on walls and the time it takes to do it right, I decided to hire a professional. After getting three estimates, the fourth and last estimate came from Joe at Love My Floors. Though, they were not the cheapest in town, they did bring the most value. When I was looking for a professional, a professional is what I got! Joe learned that I had experience with installing tile and that I was very meticulous when it came to the little details. One important detail was they use a leveling system for the install. This is what separated them from the other contractors and a major deciding point for me. At the end, they did the job right and insured it was to my satisfaction.

We had two bathrooms remodeled and love the end results. The quality of the tile work is outstanding. Rob is such a perfectionist and Joe stayed on top of the status of our project through completion. We had 4 estimates and Love My Floors was very reasonable. They also stuck to the estimate with no surprises at the time of payment! We will be hiring them again when we remodel the kitchen. W Highly recommend this company!!!!

The project was excellent. Joe and the guys made sure every detail was handled perfectly. Top quality service from the estimate to the installation and even after the completion. I would highly recommend this team of professionals. You will be so impressed by them and be making recommendations to all your friends and family.

Joe and his crew of carpenters did everything right. They arrived on time every day, worked diligently all day and exceeded my expectations regarding the quality of the completed floor installation. In addition, the price was acceptable. I am using the company for additional work in my renovation project.

I had Joe come over and price out a job. I bought a house that was completely remodeled but all the work was done without much quality. I have had to fix mostly everything. This project was that my new floors not even done 7 months ago were bowing because they were put in too tight instead of trying to sell me or up the cost he said he could fix the shotty work and the price was MORE than fair. He was quick and the area isnt bowing any more. If you need your floors fixed or replaced you would be ridiculous to not have Joe come out and look at it if you want an experienced guy with fair and great pricing.Definitley a great guy that wants to truly help.

What I can say about Joe, is he is superb! He takes a personal interest in your job! I have never had a contractor like him before! It is like having a family member doing the work for you! There is no reason to go anywhere else for your flooring needs! He doesn't ask for a dime until you are absolutely satisfied with his work! I have the highest respect for his knowledge and work ethics. HE IS, THE BEST!

Joe bent over backwards to help me. The installation was done in less time than predicted, the installers were professional and cleaned up everything. Joe is very responsive and always available to answer questions or help in any way.

Joe was fantastic from start to finish. He followed up on everything that was discussed and his crew completed the job on-time and left the house perfect. I wouldn't hesitate to use Love My Floors again and will definitely recommend them to others.

Installation of solid wood floors----Joe responded first day of request, visited site next day and gave accurate responsible quote and agreed to meet my time frame. Rob and Brian were there on time and did a tough days work completing the project in one day. Held the quoted price-- No extras-- straight forward great job by 2 very skilled workers ----would highly recommend to the point that i am considering using them for ceramic work i typically do myself.

Worked with Joe. His top priority is obviously customer satisfaction. Whenever there was a concern he took care of it without question. Would use again.

It was a small job, but Joe treated it as a big one. He came out right away gave me a quote and within the week the job was done! The crew was considerate and mannerly they did an excellent job! Joe was in constant contact through the whole job! I definitely give him 5 stars! Very happy! Gloria
