Love My Floors

Had a great experience with Love My Floors. Joe was quick to come out and provide an estimate and quick to get a crew out to do the install. We ran one closet short of transition pieces and it took a week to get another piece in but as soon as it showed up he had someone out to install it. Was very happy with the entire experience.

Love My Floors has the most amazing business model of any company I have ever dealt with in my 26 years living in Crystal Beach. Our house was quite a challenge to start, three renovations over the 50 plus year life of our home that resulted in a floor that had slightly different levels and several low spots. I received three estimates for a 2000 sq ft floor replacement and their price was in the middle of the three. My wife and I were impressed with the owner who came in and confidently measured and assessed the condition of the floor and provided the estimate that night, and stuck with that estimate in light of pealing back the proverbial onion resulting in 4 additional days over the estimated time. They required no down payment and no money paid until the job was finished. The installers were an incredible husband and wife team that worked meticulously through the difficult challenges and did a 110% on the installation. New baseboard and caulking installed by a third worker added the final touch. The owner came everyday but two and called to make sure things were going to our satisfaction. In the end he the company provided a $370 credit for materials that were not used. My wife and I are elated we picked this company

I got several estimates tp install vinyl plank and Love my Floors had one of the best pricing. I also looked at reviews and decided on them . The 2 people who did the install did a tremendous job , were professional and cleaned everything up. I am very happy i decided to go with them and will recommend them and would hire them again in a heartbeat. LB 10/13/20

Joe and his crew installed 1200 sq ft of laminate flooring, over 1500 linear ft of baseboard and door molding, laid ceramic tile in the kitchen and laundry room, demo'd and completely rebuilt one bathroom and partially remodeled another bathroom. The jobs turned out beautifully. The guys (and lady) who did the work were easy to get along with and very courteous and professional. Joe Nastasi was very attentive and kept a close eye on everything that was going on. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone .

Joe was very helpful in letting me know what I needed to buy for my project. I supplied the materials (Vinyl Plank), and Joes teem did the install. Got my materials on Saturday and the installer was here Monday morning. Excellent job, Cleaned up - no mess. If I had any additional projects to have done. I would call Love My Floors. Very Very happy.

We had floor tile installed in our bathroom. The job went very smoothly. They were right on time and even came back to tweak a couple of things. Everyone was cheerful and very professional. Excellent job and great value. Would definitely use them again.

Joe and his team were a pleasure to work with. Some of them have been with him 20+years-. ( If you've ever hired a company then found out they are using temporary workers/subcontracting/ or you kept seeing new faces everyday- then you'll understand why I mention this) They did a complete remodel of my bathroom (tub to "sunken shower" conversion /tiled from floor to ceiling,etc. and also put new tile in my sun room). Great work and surprisingly reasonable price. They really go the extra mile to make sure everything is right and the customer satisfied. The day before they left my neighbor had a toilet break/leak and hired them to replace it and the floor. They completed it the next day in full. My neighbors are still thanking me for for recommending Love My Floors!

A friend of mine recommended Love My Floors because they had just done business and was very satisfied. I live in New York and own a rental property in Florida. I got in touch with the owner (Joe) who was very courteous, patient, and knowledgeable. I needed 2 bathrooms floors redone. Joe guided me through the whole project and even FaceTimed and took pictures with visual updates until the floors were complete. My tenants were more than happy and I never even had to get on a plane !! Something I thought was going to be a total headache was done with ease! Very happy with the price too! Thanks, Joe !!

Joe, the owner of Love My Floors is one of the nicest and honest person I have had the pleasure of hiring. He works for you. He works hard to protects his companies reputation by only hiring really good tile tradesmen. The crew was fabulous. They worked really, really hard on my 1500 sq ft for 5 1/2 days. They kept everything clean and picked up as they were working. Chris is extremely knowledgeable and skilled at what he does and his wife, who is also a fantastic tile layer, are really great people. Respect. The price was very reasonable, believe me I did my homework. Great company, great crews.

My wife and I needed a quick turnaround on our vinyl floor installation and Joe from Love My Floors helped us greatly. He walked us through which supplies were needed and was very friendly and professional every time we spoke to him. His team was also professional and hard working; they got the job done even quicker than we expected. If we do any more floor work in the future, we will definitely hire them again.

Joe and his team are wonderful to work with. Joe has hard working , professional installers. Rob and John ripped out our old tile and installed our new tile along with 5 1/4 inch baseboards. Our experience with Love my floors was exceptional! I would definitely use them again !
