Our refrigerator was leaking water onto the floor. Wasn't sure if it was from the ice maker or the defrosting element. The technician arrived at the time specified, went right to the refrigerator, found the problem, repaired it and also replaced a light switch that wasn't
working and was on his way within a half hour. I have been keeping house for 46 years and have never had a better experience with a repair.

I run a concierge company and we have used Kenco many times for our customers. I have also used them personally. I called them on a Monday because my refrigerator was not cooling and the freezer and ice maker were not working. I asked if they could come out the same day but was told that the earliest they could come out was the next day. I called early Tuesday morning to verify my appointment and was told that I wasn't scheduled until Wednesday. Furthermore the operator Terry told me that she never told me that I was scheduled for Tuesday basically calling me a liar. I explained to her that I really needed a technician to come out today but was told that it was impossible. She wouldn't even get on the phone with me but relayed the message through another operator. Needless to say with this type of customer service I will never be calling Kenco again. It is a shame because the technicians are good but this is not the first time that we have had scheduling issues and rude customer service. Enough is enough!.

"It's very dissapointing when we can't meet a customer's requirements. We were swamped at that time and were in the process of attempting to work it in to the schedule when the call was cancelled. I wish could explain the miscommunication but at this point all I can do is research the phone log and see if I can prevent this from happening again. My sincere appologies."

Keno's was very helpful and accommodating when they helped me find my specialized washer and dryer. When you are shopping around for the best appliances out there, you want to work with people who actually know what they are talking about. Keno's was great about this. They did not mess one thing up. They gave me the quality product I was desiring and I feel most satisfied with this company.

The technician took 10 minutes to place the clamp in the right place. He left without cleaning the area or checking the proper functioning of the ice-maker.

"This is also a late response but I did look at the history on this customer and found we serviced their refrigerator in March of 2006. The $125.00 is includes the trip and minimum labor charge. They called back a few days later to report the unit still leaking. We returned the sme day and corrected the issue at no charge to the customer"

THIS COMPANY IS VERY EXPENSIVE. THEY DIDN'T EVEN DO THE WORK CORRECTLY. IT WAS RIDICULOUS, BECAUSE THEY GAVE US A QUOTE ONE DAY AND HAD TO COME BACK A DIFFERENT DAY TO DO THE WORK.

"Please excuse the late response to thiis complaint. We've just intered the 21st century and got on the list. I was schocked to see this in Angie's list from 2006. We did a very extensive job in this case that required parts on a 20 year old built-in freezer. This customer has used us many times before this referencd call and many times after with no other instances on file.
