I told Jerry why I called him for service. Several months ago I described a problem with my sprinkler over the phone and Jerry said it suggested a loose wire. It would save the cost of a service call if I would check for a loose wire. Sure enough, it was a loose wire which I could quickly retighten. It worked fine and save me the cost of a service call. Thank you, Jerry.

Attended quickly our mistake was not getting more than one quote. On reflection after the work was completed my husband felt that he had agreed to unecessary work being performed and with that came a large bill. A lesson learnt!

Wonderful, very easy to work with reasonably priced, great if you have a well pump system. He makes sure they are working properly together so that your pump doesn't keep cycling and burn out.

Jerry was very pleasant when I called him because of a non-working well pump on a holiday weekend. He came over right away and did a temporary fix until he could get the part he needed. Jerry came back when he said he would, and did a great job of completing the repair. I especially liked that he taught me a lot about the well pump in the process.
